Simple question, my friend.
Yes, or no.
Have you really blasted your body to the point you "simply dont care about anything anymore" (that doesnt imply you did before - but a lot of unnecessary nonsensical doom and gloom thinking can be solved by simply outtraining it - train to the point you're so exhausted you can't think of much else other than SLEEP. Maybe girls, but those fade away and become unnecessary at that point. Sleep and massage is ALL you're thinking of. Especially the former).
The feeling you get after waking up the next morning knowing you gave it your best yesterday - and will go one better today - immeasurable, literally.
Money.
Girls.
Fame for those of us that have it at whichever point we do.
All fleeting, my friend.
All fleeting.
What remains after all that, the hubris - YOU.
Have you fought today?
Have you worked as hard as you could?
HAVE you lived life kingsize as if it were your last day on the planet? Thats how I live every day. No regret, fear or worries.
But most of you, did you TRAIN today.
My primary training is pullups, squats (maybe I should say "exercise" and not "training") - hiking hills, climbing stairs, the splits, martial arts stretching and a bit of kicking it. Still gotta get the heavy bag back up in the new house. One of the very few good ideas the ex wife had to buy that, unfortunately even that went nowhere long term though I did have some great building shaking workouts that shook my mother's fridge upstairs, lol - maybe that is why the whole damn house was torn down and a new one was built. lmao.
Anyway ....... THAT has been written about on the other site too!
This is the message for now.
Train hard as if youre life depended upon it every day is the point.
You will be amazed at what you can get away in terms of habits if you do.
and thats that.
