Quote from a fat larpy (AHEM!) "self proclaimed" "genius" (actually the polar opposite, but...)

So, we spoke about Fat Ben - again, lol, yesterday, and we spoke about how COPE  mentality has gotten so bad these days that total idiots that are complete loses for their entire lives, not just  a   period (if its  just a  phase I get it) cope by calling the  sun blue when  it suits their perspective, twist everything around on fitness and life to suit "fat feminist loser" perspectives (which  do not work obviously  in the  real world)  ... these fools  are  now  calling themselves "geniuses".

Which is fine and absolutely hilarious and all that, but we covered that yesterday too.  Look for the post right before  this. On that note, I received some "feedback" the other day about how I  should make  it "easier" for new people on the list by constantly putting in links etc for lazy sods  that refuse to research themselves and  eat up your time like the  idiots on social media  a while  ago "just tell  me here" - because they want  answers  without doing the research, and then they aren't happy with  those  answers and you  tell them to research, and they throw a  hissy because I'm telling them EMperor Sir's time is  way too valuable to waste talking to them and  so forth  ... but really, fools. Go research.

I make  everything HARDER, as in life. Right down to my email  list which has a double opt in, you have to confirm the subscription too  before I let you on  board.

Exercise, ,you know - as my customers  say about me, the only reason you aren't a milliionaire  as yet is because your  workouts are way too  hard for m most people to do. Keep challenging  us! And they tell me my fingertip  pushups, everything I do actually is  FAR tougher  than what even their  martial arts instructors told them, hehe - and they are right, oh the millions?  Maybe the  Taipos  too,  haha, but really, it has never ever been about the money for  me,  though I LOVE MONEY.

But that has never ever been the  goal. Keeping it  real has.

Anyway ... on another note, real. Now Ben Bird is a feminist yes,  but ... the other update I recently  got from a rather  ditzy, but factual anyway woman (mole) on him - that last so called  marriage, or slavedom, whatever  you call it  - ended because the slave ended up beating his "wife" (owner) in horrible piques of alcohol fueled rage. Exactly  like the dude  I  spoke  about yesterday in the  l ast post. In fact that guy LOOKS like Ben too  (not face  but  weight "big not fat" larp etc)  .  .  .

.  . . He was standing next to  me. I  felt the PUSSY vibe in the air. Soon he left.

So that's another non accomplishment on that long list of his, not that I give 2 shits, but I do rather care in  the  other case, but we'll see what to do there later.

Anyway,  lets get back to fitness.

(Ben cant do one pull up in  proper  form and not  one ass to  grass squat, claims  pull-ups are not essential, that he's "big not fat" and ... well, gives  me all sorts of indirect compliments about how my bodyweight squats are  far better than he  could ever be,  pull-ups etc, my marketing, all of  it... and  with all this, which is why  he copies me  on everything,  yet  fails since there is no action/result   and he's a  fag,  and there's more  to  it than  just copy me, I've   explained,  but  he refuses to  listen so ... part of that copying includes copying my "in the trenches" statements and claiming he has been in for  decades, and those are  his "brokie" results. And he calls  himself a  genius.  Women pet him on the head and play  along like with little children, lol - its HILARIOUS).

Anyway, I was going to debunk just a  fitness statement from this  idiot, I've  debunked it many times before,  but  I'll do  it   again, and  I'll debunk a bit more  too.

This was written to give others an opportunity to see how music affects the body when you're training. I don't use music all the time when I train, when I do, something just hits differently and am in a completely different state of mind. Some never music at all which is great for them and if it puts them in a state that works, great. When I don't put music on, I can still get in a great session, however; I do program my thinking differently and don't always just go through the motions of an exercise and think analytically. I put effort into making an exercise beyond an up and down or side to side thing, I make it seem 3D at times. Like with my  fingertip pushups video, it wasn't just going up and down, I felt as if I was effortlessly crushing the earth with my whole body, not the fingertips by themselves. As if I was weightless even though that exercise is hard to do. It's not everyday 235-240 lb guys can do that compared to someone who's a buck 40 or something.

Other than putting music on to work out, I add music to my videos for a purpose. It may not make sense to some but to others, it gives perspective to what happens when you mix music and exercise together to create something inspiring, motivational and fun. In truth, when I film, there's no music playing, I just throw in a tune to make it interesting. Sometimes it's a random song I like but other times, I like finding ones that have a beat, a powerful set of lyrics or rhythm of the instruments that shake the very core of one's soul. Music is powerful, it can make you stronger, it fires neurons in the brain and it makes you feel the vibrations through sounds. That's one of the big reasons why I love listening to music, it doesn't make exercise easier in and of itself, nor does it take away what the mind does without it, it helps build vibrations and energy so when you do train, it feels like you can conquer Mt. Olympus or something. Music is energy.

Lets  debunk the fitness part, yet  again, YAWN.

Basically this boils  down to this - I'm big but not  fat and the mirror lies, and I'm coping, so I'm using  the excuse  of "bodyweight exercises are harder for BIG people" when I'm fat. Different from big.

Just how stupid this statement is, especially coming  from an idiot that ...well, looks like  he needs  to fast  for a year to lose all  that BLUBBER   (and research him on here, I could list out the  FACTS yet again but ... = complete retard and losers,  one of the "ahem" BIGGEST on the planet!) ... I don't know - I've debunked it so many   times but I'll do  it again.

First off  all,  there  isn't any way to make exercises "3D" - I  mean this guy is GAY.  He looks at these  idiotic Tik Toks and wants millions of  views, never gets one, so adds  in some effects...

Maybe he's  missing trying to fly like a bird, maybe wants to break his legs again after jumping off cliffs to "try" to fly. Golly, the rhyming!

He literally took Rocky's Fly Fly Fly literally,  lol.

Second -  BIG is different  from fat.

Arnie in his  heyday,  NOT NOW -  was  BIG.

Stallone  is still RIPPED, not big.

Trump is a big guy too, not too fit, haha, he  has rather unique  views on fitness,  "it depletes the battery,  so why do  it he says" (interesting hahah) ... but  with  all  he does, travel  etc,  that ENERGY of his -  he's doing  plenty  of walking etc, fitness ... and most  of his life he was not, despite not  being a fitness  guy, FAT.

Look, fitness  wise, BIG  guys  like Arnie pumping out pullups i in letter  perfect  form.

Its about MUSCLE AND  NOT  FAT!

Like  my former friend once  burbled about "my girlfriend outperforms me on the hill on the bike because she's skinny and I'm big".

This guy  is FAT.

Cannot  do one pull up.

Never tries, just says "someday".

Pisses and shits in his  bed at  night and brags about  the girl cleaning it up  as a badge of honor, shares dick pics all the time "its funny apparently"  and his  other  buddies like  Ben hang "condoms out to  dry so  they can be reused". Gay CHEAP nature aside, who ever  does that?????????

Fetish aside too of curse.

COURSE, haha. It  becomes a curse when you hide it, like  Ben does.  At  least be open about it like  ... anyway,

Herschel Walker was a beast  on the  hills, no?

Walter Peyton?

Those guys were  MASSIVE!

And back to fitness,  bodyweight  fingertp  pushups ...

Same   thing, pally. My  pull-ups and  pushups are  the  best  in the   world, we all know  this. This  "Barin Gader (who the  hell   is this?????)" you keep  sucking  off or  wanting to couldn't hold a  candle  to  me, but anyway him aside, I've no idea who these  people  are that he keeps  pulling out of the MUSTY OLD WOODWORK, they are nobodies, absolute unknowns, literaly, like  Benny himself  so  that figures...

But it has nothing to do with my weight.

My books   clearly  show me doing  pull-ups, MIDPOINT holds, which you'll now copy I know, which are some of the hardest things  to do when I was what people called me BIG but  I think I was rather fat too ...

It  shows me doing thing now.

It aint  about  weight,  boy.

Its about MUSCLE STRENGTH ratios,  NOT  ABOUT SIZES.

I out grip guys that can bench more  than ... what was  it  the  other day, like 150  -180  kgs.

They can  deadlift mountains. They're  3 X my size.

But I outgrip them despite my ex crying about   me looking like  a 13 year old.

There, , did I debunk this  enough?

The  music part  -  it only fires neurons if you listen to someone that SOOTHES you, makes you think, you big baby!

Not that horrible   BLARING -  ABOMINATION -  that you listen to, I mean really, how the hell  can you be in a concert anyway, but especially  while training, rock???????? That is  the VERY WORST  MUSIC TO  LISTEN TO!

You shouldn't   listen to music  in  the first place while training  but  if you need to block other  people out, I get it, but  you don't say you do?  Do you? Yes or  NO, Benny?

If its yes, you must  use  something  that makes you  actually think. Not  that you have a  lot  up there anyway but you can try ... Its a muscle, God gave you rather miniscule   amounts  of it,  and 1  mm of the muscle "down there", and  I thank him daily for  making   you  sterile, we  don't need  more  of you running around,  but USE  that damned muscle, it'll grow.

Of course that would require hard work,  eh. Ben isnt  willing to do that. He  wont even write  h itself,  he just puts in words   into a   silly AI machine  and has it  spit out TOSH.

You're a  liar, Ben. You do it for views, and your  results are the polar opposite, everyone can  see through the bullshit.

And  this was  the comment based upon which the  l ady patted  "Doggie  Ben" on the head, lol (women love that done to t themselves too, it "soothes them") and said he  was a genius,  and cackled about it later "wo  dhakku".

Ha,  ha, ha.

Not to mention Ben's  copied me again by now trying to  get  on FB, lol.

IG - he's  tried. But they don't want  his  fat ass there, lol.lmao.

Back to fitness, it ain't  HARDER   for you.  Not your pee wee, we all know the  state there, but the EXERCISE,  you're using it as  an excuse  to be  lazy and  underperform.

Its actually, if you deeply analyze  - its elementary WATSON for me, but for you, even the  sky is  blue requires thought doesnt it? so  think ...

... its  much harder for me. Pull-ups are much much  harder  for guys with long monkey arms like   me, hiking and  squats  MORE SO for guys with long "giraffe like sexy legs" and so forth.

Its all much easier, not that I give  2 shits about  that, when you're shaped like a potato like Ben, because your  arms  have less space to go through to   pull.  Ditto for  legs, then  you throw  in one  side of  my body longer  than the  other  and  everything else I've said here before. You will often see guys do  squats wth  one foot not quite parallel to the  other right beside, yet, despite my "imperfections" which I LOVE - I do them perfectly.  Pull-ups, the triceps need to work harder  for guys like me to get chin over bar, then  you have my naturally curved lower back ... there  are actually "scientific"  reasons behind all this, but you can ask your owner,  she'll  tell  you those).

So stop babbling like an idiot. I realize you wont, but still. .  .

Anyway ...

Life's  good.

Later guys.
