If you cant go in the morning without a healthy dose of that last night, there is something WRONG.

I had IBS for years. Went to doctors, fat ones all of the time. Liver issues. Was told I'd die by 30 and other garbage. I upped what I was doing. Never did, never will. You cant BREAK me. 

It affects more people than talk about it, even athletes - especially those. 

You know, exercise done right is KEY. 

Eating once a day as I promote, preferably at night, in fact, doing the polar opposite of what the herd does in every and all regards is! 

Its very important to have THIRTY five, or close, strong black cups of STRONG black espresso daily. 

Two packs of smokes a day, preferably Marlboro REDS for that EDGE.

And all the backlog will clear itself out naturally. Just guzzle that STRONG coffee like a fucker. And MORE water. Thats all, no food. NONE. Not a morsel shall pass thy lips on a fast. NOT ALLOWED!!! Its WAR. Your body will WIN IT. Simplito.

And do not sit on "these deep couches" either as Rod Steiger did, hehe. I sat on one, and had much of the same reaction he did, ,except with me, Holy Moly! Mary actually, Mother of JESUS.

Believe me, I was on a 3 day fast recently, and the solutions that occured to problems came out of the air literally. Women came to me on auto pilot x 10 - not that they dont always but more so.
