Here is the brutal reality of the situation - well, this post was prompted by a memory from the past of little Ben asking one of the most idiotic questions ever asked in the history of MANKIND, a stretch even for him, "are pull-ups really necessary".
For a faggot that claims he does granny stepups because he can neither do one pull up or squat in proper form (his stupidity and laziness are BOTH to blame) ... and whines about my so called injuries due to extreme training, when he then admits I do those things far better than he ever could ... well, part for the course? Nah. THAT was a stretch ,I must admit! How ANYONE could question anything about pull-ups, especially with ME, the best in the world at them, is beyond me. Anyway.
As of late, well, at least as far as I can tell, the COPE in the fitness industry is getting worse. All you see is big arms and unnatural bodies, now that has been going on a while, but the way some faggots go ON AND ON AND ON about neck training while remaining FAT, lower belly fat, man tits, bingo wings.... it pisses me off. No, it isn't HATING them. Its FACTS fitness related.
As far as Benny Gay is concerned, lets get one damn thing out of the way. Neck harnesses must do the JOB. It hardly matters what the fucking brand is, unless you have brand fetish. I don't go to malls to buy clothes as I detailed in one of my last social posts, in fact the FAKENESS there pisses me off beyond belief. Vince McMahon probably buys off Amazon too. Convenient, and of course he's the guy that cant really get along with the hoi polloi like I cant, and its usually a chat with the bartender there. Remember? I'm the same, always been that way.
Its one thing to run a company like some guy Ben keeps yapping about and promote your stuff. Hell, if I was running that company I'd do the same, I'd say its the best in the world and all that bullcrap. But its quite another thing for fat affiliates like fat Ben to claim "the company hired me as a model" (no they didn't boy, its free promotion for them since they make no sales) and most amazingly claim legends like Iron Mike Tyson know nothing about neck training, and that bridging is not good and can harm you.
This is blatant fucking tosh and garbage based upon the fact THEY CANT BRIDGE!
Fat Ben spreading this myth ain't a problem for me. He's comic relief for everyone, but then you have guys that are actually in good shape otherwise spreading that myth - NOT ON!
Then you have idiots claiming "Popa Bands" are the only way to train the neck (with neck harnesses) and that weights don't work. The fuck? Bands provide resistance, so do weights. Only thing is, its easier to get form down with bands. No wonder these idiots choose bands.
Is neck training necessary? Absolutely, and there's nothing with wanting a thick neck, but the thing is this - most REAL men don't have bloated thick necks as these idiots promote. Bruce Lee didn't. Modern cricket superstar and one of the few guys in the world who'd challenge me pull up wise Virat Kohli doesn't. Jean Claude Van Damme doesnt. Stallone doesn't post his bodybuilding days.
It must be strong, healthy, wiry and functional, the same as the REST of your body.
It doesnt cover up the lack of core/grip/leg training like with a lot of guys that promote it, you're fat and it shows.
Its also EXTREMELY easy to sit your fat ass down on a bench and do neck Peck all day and truth be told, it'll work for the neck, but its EASIER than the REAL deal, bridging. All you do is nod up and down and to the side, and these fatty sorts make it out to be something that even the Gods from Zesus couldn't do. Its FAGGOTTY LEVEL GAY - and that's why they promote it, its more "EASY" stuff which doesn't work in the long run, and worse, these idiots whine about "not looking like Rahul Mookerjee (model) or influencer" but yet, LOOKS are another reason they promote nothing but SIZE. Ronnie had pretty impressive size, and now he can barely walk. Exactly what will happen with guys like fat Ben, of course he can barely walk even now , lol, with all his excuses about sciatica, iron rods in legs because he was dumb enough to jump off a cliff thinking he could fly and so forth.
This isnt about me pulling rank here as the Bodyweight Exercise Guru. Bridging taxes the entire body, especially legs and core. There are ten thousand or more reasons I could type out here, but isolationist vs full body, full body wins every fucking TIME!
Is neck training required? Absolutely! The nerves of the neck are connected to the rest of the body, on my last youtube channel (now banned wrongly) I explained how neck stretches get your digestion going, improve spine health and so forth.
But unless you're in combat sports like boxing where the head takes continuous blows, it doesn't have to be 50 inches thick!
You can have the biggest forearms in the world, but if you cant do pull-ups, it counts for nothing fitness wise. (since we're talking fitness).
All the leg presses in the world don't matter if you cannot do bodyweight squats.
Size isn't everything.
Gym brooooooooooooooo size crapola like Ben and his gay posse try and promote doesnt matter one DAMN bit. If you're naturally big and strong, or if you're a wrestler who built size through the mat work, someone like me who people keep asking if I lift ... yes, that counts. But even for me, I'm all about being sexy strong and STREAMLINED, like a SWIMMER.
Ever felt a swimmer's grip? Tennis players? You might think water isn't resistance, its fluid, but it damn sure is done right without any weight at all (not saying that's all that's required, land workouts are necessary).
The tennis player who crushed an almost injured hand (mine) at the age of 17 wasn't especially big.
Tall. No thick neck. But those forearms worked. Not big either.
Its not about size alone is my point.
NONE of this means neck training isn't important.
It doesnt even mean that a thick neck isn't good. Hell, it could save your life someday ... but then so could a slim strong neck.
See my point?
Those ugly bulging muscles on the side of the neck mean nothing.
A SMOOTH THICK NECK like the Gama had is the real deal.
My point is this, constantly Tom Tomming your neck size and calling other guys whose neck measures 16 inches "pencil neck" simply because they don't have proper camera angles (and the minute they do you get triggered, lol) is STUPID.
I kinda like being called all the names I am, for reasons I've mentioned before.
But fitness wise its stupid.
Its VERY stupid when you're fat otherwise, cant do martial arts, can't fucking box - oh, one more thing.
Fitness for some reason, it always degenerates into "I can kick your ass in the ring".
Life, now I get it there. You either win or lose.
But fitness?
You don't have to be a boxer to be the fittest person in the world. Ask Iron Mik. He will tell you .
Goggins is probably far fitter than me, Iron Mike, and the Undertaker put together.
Its FITNESS.
Not fucking bodybuilding or neck Peck idiocy.
Fat Ben claimed "you're extremely fit, I'll give you that". (everyone says that). "But you don't have a lot of muscle" (only fat Ben says that and he cant do one pull-up to save his life and I'm the best in the world at them, see how stupid this is?????? Guys that lift 40 kg mudgars in each hand like me, go to India, you'll see many more aren't big either, and fat Ben claims they dont have muscle, but fat Ben himself cannot do more than 5-7 kg. DUMBASSSSSSSSS!) GAY! FAGGOT!
Its EXERCISE.
Not beating the crap out of each other with specialized techniques (wrestling etc).
Not that there's something wrong with being a great boxer, wrestler etc, but that is different from pure FITNESS.
Of course, making these bloated morons with zero brain understand that ... ugh.
End of rant for now.
Out.
Later,

PS - Regards too.
