You know, I just got this comment - isn't it amazing - the toughest things most people cannot do (i.e. my superior to all fitness and girls, the abilities, etc) TRIGGER people the most?

This works the entire body and gives you abs of steel bar none, and most people cannot even begin to do what I term as "knees to chest jump". Trust me, it BUILDS you internally and ain't easy either, there is a reason soccer players - or football, footy, depending upon where you're reading this are in such awesome shape (despite some modern day ones not doing pull-ups, but like I said before, they got into them later so all is well that ends well there).
That for some reason triggered most of you in a "monkey" manner. Lets just say I'm now the "Jumanji" guy or girl or whatever, depending upon, I call myself a beautiful girl actually with girls, and all else ... and overall actually.
