Is everything a form of COPE ultimately? Yessssssssssss!

Boy as Madam Wendy, no punS on either one of those giggled about when trying to convince a guy like, but it wasnt him, Fat Ben (actually he didnt need much convinciing, she was just laughing at how easy it was with me, and NO I DID NOT cuckold him sexually either, not that guy at least) to go to a gay bar with her. 

He literallly begged for it privately, like with Ben it turned him on big time. 

I remember her Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!

She had an Italian boyfriend. 

And neither the cuck or the boyfriend was interesting enough to keep her from talking to me, and I wrote books featuring her, well, not her specifically, but the tale. Lots of tales I have, and one is from college which i've mentioned before, but like Wendy's tale there, some things bear REPEATING. 

Good ole Ralph Bisland our DB professsor was a real G. Dr B as we called him. I still do haha. 

And so he gave mid term papers to be graded and mine was returned by Ricky, an Indian who gave himself that name (short form for something else) with a D. 

Now the two of us (Ricky and I) at the time were going hammer and tongs at each other. Juvenile shit, but I remember almost bashing the door of his Altima ... no wait, what was the car?? One of those sports models all the rage now ... but maybe it was the Altima, not sure in a PIQUE of utter RAGE AND FURY!!!

That car, I still remember him Bling Blinging to it - grandfathers money basically, and these days he denies doing that in a 'white' mode, but he did. 

Goddang, on the tip of my TONGUE is the brand ... 

But anyway, so I went to Dr B who took one look and "hmmm! You have an interesting way of doing things!" 

Or maybe he said different, maybe that. I dont know, and then 'but if it works ... then...'

And the D changed to B and ultimately an A in the class. I got B in the website project when I should have got an A++ because I put pictures of massive bloated beer bellies like Ben's on the site literally. The days of Pure HTML, hehe. Memories! But like another guy Dr Kolibal, Math Prof once told me "should still be enough for an A" and it was. Genius I am. 

When I CHOOSE TO APPLY IT!

Anyway - so cope. 

Is everything cope ?

If you really drill it down? 

YES. 

For everyone. 

Now, I've spoken about the form of cope where most people stick their heads in the sand and pretend a problem doesnt exist, or it will go away by not thinking about solutions, or worse, giving up entirely. 

Fitness wise, fatties claim they're big but not fat, fat is good, and all sorts of other utter tosh that even they know is cope and tosh. 

So thats been covered, but lets shine the spotlight on ME. 

I love rolling out the red carpet for myself sometimes, I often do it in my own room haha. Not that others dont do it for me! 

Paula literally licks .. but anyway, forget that, drill it down to the two things that people love about me but will never admit that PUBLICLY (other than my writing and communication, superior to everyone out there in every regard, not even a freaking CONTEST) - my fitness and GIRLS. 

My relentless brutal long workouts I tell others to do as well when coaching, and those that do, get stellar results. 

why go so hard daily? 

Well, Goggins does to keep the DEMONS away. 

As he rightly says, for a warrior, they never truly go away. You have to fight DAILY. Every day is STILL a battle for him. 

Same here. 

Same for every true warrior. And I'm happy to the core ultimately Ive had to face all I did, and bigger BATTLES  DAILY. Relentless, because its a warrior's lifestyle, and it doesnt allow me to think about bullshit thoughts not benefiting me.

When I say I work myself, workout to exhaustion it isnt because of what my father said "you exercise too much" or what fat birds whine about. 

Its a form of cope yes. 

But, thats not the only purpose. 

And HERE IS the POINT. 

This is cope in an extremely positive manner, while the first choice is an extremely NEGATIVE manner that most choose because human minds look for the easiest way out and people are pussies and retards in general. Especially these days, even worse. 

NORMAL-CO! I dont know why that word is in mind. While exercising I was thinking of writing this, but I forgot what I was going to use it for - yes, it is a WORD. 

I can add to the dictionary cant I? Hehe. 

So yes, everything is cope in SOME manner. 

Difference is if you choose the positive or negative manner. 

that might, and likely WILL change your life for either good or bad, better or worse... 

Now, back to fitness, most COPE when it comes to not being able to do pull-ups, or well enough, or whatever. 

We have covered HOW they cope. 

So what is the right way to cope here? 

SImple. 

Keep TRYING. 

The more you try, the more you, if you really try, REALLY - most dont - most dont even try 10% let alone close to really try - you'll realize ultimately they aren't that hard. 

Slowly, the belief will build. 

When the results aren't there, that belief might seem like cope. 

It is. 

But so is irrational confidence, eh. 

Like Andrew Tate once famously said in an X article, on a long enough timescale he always WINS. 

I do too. 

difference between people like us, and YOU (most people)? 

We say that when the odds are so much against us - like with Tate just a year or so back before trump got elected - its not just irrational confidence, but bordering on pyscotic lunatic confidence. 

Ultimately though in life THAT gets you through tough times. The GREAT Donald Trump, PRESIDENT Trump is a perfect example of this. 

Again. 

Positive cope.
