A little something, a lot actually for you Bozo larping about when its clearly not the case, "no fitnes information" on the site - classic case of denial and selective reading / comprehension as explained in some many examples so many times before. Call me a pyscho if you will, in some regards I am, but a good one - its good to be that way in certain regards - but NOT if you're a church going paedo, worse, a 'Father' who rapes young boys and pretends to be, like a certain Ben Bird, holier than thou on everything. Not everything is as it seems. Anyway..I literally do speak things into existence, in many cases though you'd never guess, before it actually happens.

That my workouts are too tough for most people, never ever become a pussy trainer - not that I ever had any intention to ... the way I teach finger tip pushups is indeed UNIQUE and works the best, no other way comes close, even their own martial arts instructors knuckle pushups, no joke if done right that either - are not anywhere near as TOUGH.

Isometrics too, all ties in together, nothing without the other, anyway, sometimes while doing them - this from the guy who literally did them willy nilly on an almost broken thumb everyone said would never heal  get medical attention and other tosh - he never did - yours truly - healed it himself ...

No, just doing isometrics for it, is NOT the solution. Those were always meant as a SUPPLEMENTARY workout - not main - despite what Dopes promoting "dopamine bands" (GAY!) will have you believe, if they can, which they cannot. Comic relief indeed. 

Part of it, yes, but for the most part, you gotta tough it through and not reduce your work output, you just have to balance it out with proper pull-ups etc, and maintain FORM. As simple as that. 

Pain is essentially weakness that like all weaknesses must be ruthlessly eliminated by any means possible. I like to look upon it in this regard, so should you - as weakness LEAVING your body. But only if you double down and as I keep saying, FORCE that result. Anyone that says cave into it while moaning about non existent fibro, sciatia etc is not only a lazy faggot but and as goes together is full of shit,.mentally ill and an utter weakling too. Don't fall into that trap of taking it easy. Easy never works, pal. 

No pain no gain is a truism as most old school sayings and wisdom is/are. 

Unless its bone pain which can be spurs etc, vast majority of people though its not that. 

Ditto for pain in the front of the shin area - muscle - via squats. You gotta push through. Its simply tendons getting even stronger. Simple. Resting and getting fat and doing granny step ups to cope - NOT THE SOLUTION.

You must drink at least 10 L of water too daily. There is a reason that is a hard and fast rule for everyone, female slaves included who of course never listen hehe - in the house. 

You have to, else you aren't doing it right. Water poisoning is a complete utter and total myth, your body is mostly water. 

But youc cannot ignore WORK.
