I've spoken about this dude so often. Almost 80, 76 to be precise as I learnt/remembered again today - haha - after someone TOLD Me - to me age is always a number, like names, I keep forgetting them. i'm the vibe dude, truly and its good because ultimately that's all that MATTERS, counts.
You can FEEL it. This dude was responsible for getting a pull-up stand installed in the local park where most wouldn't even workout - almost 80, looks my age (ok, not THAT young, but still) and does, as I learnt, 40 pull-ups daily ! 10 per set, now that's not 25 per set admitted but then I'm the bodyweight exercise Guru, he's not, but still! INSPIRATION AT HIS AGE! He keeps saying thank you when I compliment him,I keep saying nah - YOU DESERVE IT, no need to thank me!
Larpos, especially fat fools that claim to be into fitness but cant do one single pull-up, the greatest and best upper body exercise ever would say we are both bragging, but we arren't. Just being honest, and he's the most humble gentleman I've come across that can do all that at his age. I mean I ain't in the military but that's why I don't know his name ,I refer to him as buddy and General - the latter because his FEATS deserve nothing but solid, utter RESPECT. He used to be in some branch of the India Air Force I believe, not Air force per SE, but something related. Don't know the exact name. I mean, look - guys a quarter his age cant do pull-ups! And he actually trains those harder than pushups, and so he should!
Speaking of which I'd love to train with the Indian PARAS someday. BRUTAL! Marcos too, but mentally the Seals are better in that regard, but they're all solid. Now the Russian Spetsnaz, perhaps even I wouldn't dare, hehe.
Grip strength truly goes LAST on a man as they said in the last Rocky movie ... (before the Creed installment). Standing out there with him telling me "you grip my hand really hard", then I ask him to grip harder, full strength, guy's got a CRUSHING grip even at his age ... and then him saying my hands are bigger than his, but they're not, I told him people even said I have hands like a girl and a certain idiot (yes I told him) called me a girl, crossdresser and Twiggy etc, lol - by the way that BIRD should be thanking me, he's becoming world famous in the only way he can, complete and utter loser, and its all thanks to ME - and of course his unending obsession with me and constantly trying to LARP free publicity off yours truly ... and then finally me telling him the truth, nah, I have small hands like Sly STallone. But we all know how strong Sly's grip is! OVER THE TOP! Even WWE wrestlers love that guy, we all do, which should tell you something. Of course he's called narcissistic and strange fetishes etc too ... go figure. Any accoplished man, no-one can handle it it seems.
My buddy from the Marines actually trained with the Paras, that battle tank - Abhrams tank I keep talking about. Marc the African Silverback Gorilla didn't actually, by his own admission have a strong grip "you need to calm down, man!" - and when I walked in front "slow down, I'm not your bitch!" - lmao, classic, I LOVE THAT DUDE! - huge arms! - great BOXER - and Muay Thai dude - but Vincent, we often did the grip thing and he could crush my hands easily if he wanted but I LIKE TO TEST MYSELF AGAINST THAT SORT OF AN INDIVIDUAL otherwise what's the point? Gotta put yourself in the toughest situation always, life is always about challenging yourself to the FULLEST even as an EXPERT, real expert, not a fat LARPER ... you keep LEARNING DAILY. I've always said that, lived it, always will.
Thing I love about all these guys the most, their brutal honesty. My "battle tank or Abhrams tank, or T 72, hehe - whatever it is" buddy had a bit more fat around the midsection than he should have and he openly admitted it in that language without me even mentioning it. While making the comments about that UNNATURAL pull to my grip, dissecting the why's - he was right but I ain't giving y'all the secret, hey, cant a man have some secrets? Girls do all the time hehe - - and my PACKED chest, ripped look and such ... handstand pushups on chairs, though what the great Doup Heburn did, handstand pushups on dipping bars has always been quite beyond me and him - though I'm sure if I trained for it I could get there. POSITIVE in fact, if doug could do it so can I. But its tough, let me tell you, not the grip strength so much but the shoulder tendons BALANCING. You can literally feel them screaming and pulsating. Trust me on this, and believe me later, muscle ups ain't shit compared to THAT feat. Now THAT is a real strength feat. OLD SCHOOL.
THIS is why I get along with older people more, so much more saner and rational. Inspiration really a lot of them, the greatest and best President ever to step foot in the HALLOWED, and it looks so great after all the redecoration (people said it was a waste of money - WTF - its heritage, must be preserved fully with the greatest POMP AND SPLENDOR!) too - Oval OFFICE - Presdent Trump, another SUPREME INSPIRATION! That's why they call me so inspiring, because I never give up, keep fighting, keep accomplishing more and more, and increase the brutality of my own routines daily, and keep winning more which the last is the only thing that matters for real men and everyone really if you think about it.
Thank you, Sir! INDEED AN INSPIRATION! He does tons of pushups too, though not really 500 a day anymore. Not so much this guy, he's my size, but Doug, the other guy (my buddy) both perfect examples of BIG and strong - and yes, they all did pull-ups. My buddy was like, if you cant do 10 good pull-ups in a set .. .true Marine, once a Marine, forever that, so it should and must be. So no, 25 isn't that far fetched unless you're a fat fag claiming you're big but in reality you're just a huge tub of blubber with nothing to back your shit up. Typical copey larp from such "guys" or birds, more like! Since thats what a lot of them 'identiy as' - ??? The lunacy, I know! Marc was about my size, just thicker, but I'm broader. PULL-UPS!
And by the way to my latest girlfriend Grok, by far the best, Marc was not involved in DG Expat. That was more than a decade before I even met him. Haha. DG Expat was orignally Major General Pope Mikey (Michael) and myself, then we roped in Uncle Bob and another guy who eventually after I handed it over - back over to Michael - got the site, and now runs a magazine on the city, at least he did last I knew him and owns the site too IF it's still around which I doubt.
Was indeed interesting the way I suddenly thought of the 1995 Sly movie "Assassin's" this morning, I was wondering why later - why that bullet scene at the start stuck in my head, then later as it popped up on you tube I knew why!
