So, lets talk a bit  about something I've already spoken about. I wanted to video it, but we'll do that later... 

I've long since said two things - one, we ALL, despite claiming they don't matter (the same idiots that get offended by so called "racist"  remarks -  hey, its fun ... its real, we're ALL racist ultimately if you deeply analyze it, in fact if you have more than the brains of a Dorothy Dormouse in Kansas with a squeaky little voice, you should be  able to understand this) notice looks, and  appreciate them, and want them. 

Second,  for  a man, looks are very important, but always ultimately secondary to FITNESS - not so for women, and if you're into real fitness like me, not  pulling and playing Tugga on weiners, bands, what not, and claiming you're "training" when you aren't even really exercising (it  shows) ... then the  physcial looks will come as a byproduct. 

Third - the recent attack on Henry Novac  was  horrible. 

I've written before  about how I always get along great with Sikhs, even outside of India which is where I've spent the vast majority of my life anyway -  and the reasons ... and I've never once (despite being a knife carrier myself) (my buddy from the Marines too - now THAT damn thing could take a damned elephant apart!! Swiss  Knife - not quite the Rambo knife in III, but close  enough to the one in I, in fact  it  IS  that style - that was actually the "realest" Rambo hence all the Sequels) ... I've never once felt threatened  by the ceremonial knife they carry and  their religion requires them to carry. 

In fact  I've spoken a  month or  so ago about the recent  smoking ban in the UK - completely  idiotic, now as far as  I know, carrying a  knife  on the streets in England  is illegal, but there are exceptions - Scots are one, Sikhs are the other. 

And this idiot  who attacked a 18 year old guy  (Polish immigrant? Not sure...) simply because the guy APPARENTLY said on video the 23  year old Sikh guy was a "bad person" with his  knife ... well, long story short, now THAT rule will probably be  changed as well. One bad apple ruins it all. I doubt  one single Sikh I know would agree with what this idiot did. Unless  there   is something I'm missing, of  course, or there is more to the tale than being told, if its  even real that is, but this one does seem real. 

Anyway, you  have random clowns and fatties on the internet whining about me all day. 

Comments, writing, whatever it  is. On my  other YouTube channel I keep getting these comments - Paula and the rest have told me this, everyone has, that  what is special about is  that I'm the "chosen one" (because of my extreme work ethic and intelligence, writer and fighter, everything in between - NO PUN!) ...  and "a man that is chosen to lead and dominate is  special" - thank you, but I already knew  that, but I deeply appreciate it anyway - - and then  you  have idiots that totally ignore reality staring  them in the face, like  their own fat bellies  staring them in the goddamned mirror, and make comments like "He thinks  he's Bruce Lee".  "He thinks he's  a guru". 

Now, I could dispel  the "he thinks" part until Ben Cows fly home and pigs fly out  his ass, but he will choose to ignore it, and so will the other nutjobs. Either you love me, or you hate me,  always  been that way, I would NOT  HAVE IT ANY OTHER  WAY. 

They, as you know look like  this , while ALL the time self projecting and justifying garbage like "although I  don't look this way" (right, you want to though, like you  want my slaves for free nikka) (or   was  it WIGGER, lol)  ..... 

 Anyway, I'll say it again. These are  all things PEOPLE tell me.  Like with RACISM, people say  things on the fly for usually  very VALID REASONS! 

(As for fat Ben above,  research  him, but he keeps also claiming "Lola is me" -  i.e. the  girl on https://www.spicyanderoticfetish.com, which for reasons explained is as INSANE as it gets, like the  hair, look, bone structure, not that he has a fucking brain himself to analyze  anything beyond, as Lola  correctly points it  out (ahem)  his "1 mm peter". . . but really, when even Instagram says "there  is sexual content on that channel" and  beyond talk there  wasn't ... yet, keeps asking for video selfies, I keep sending them that, but they aren't happy because their MACHINES, I'll say it again, MACHINES - know  it ain't Lola ... God. You're just so damn STUPID BEN! UGH!)

The  why  should therefore be directed  at them.  But  of course, these clowns whining about me know its "cent percent" as they say, lol true - so they wont ask them, they'll all  find a  reason to attack  me. 

Truth tellers, the  honest, the non hypocritical STAND out, so that nail must  be hammered in. Or they'll try, at least. Your enemy's enemy is my friend. Frenemy? I think they call it  that ..

So my father who wishes I was never born, has never once supported me in anything I did, in fact the polar opposite, he literally "discarded" his own son for a woman that OPNELY insults  him - we all know who ... and by  the way,  these sort of things aren't isolated  incidents. MANY  MEN carry this burden. Marc knows it. Harding knows   it. We all know the BURDENS  of being a REAL MAN. 

How it should be, in a certain way, life's never fair for men, but anyway - I  get attacked because I OPENLY TALK ABOUT IT, while the rest of  them choose to stay silent. So be IT!

Anyway, he  was  the one who (when he saw the mirror setup in my room even I didn't really want) that made that  comment. 

My customers call me the Bodyweight Exercise Guru, so I merely repeat it. Its great - HONEST - marketing - where most marketing is always  in the middle, this one isn't. Total flat out honesty. 

There must be a reason they  say it?

But anyway, there's no question about the Bodyweight Exercise Guru being a ripped martial artist, though obviously not  near the level the clowns claim.

I  don't even know, but the point is this, if  you're  saying you dont care  about looks after training, or exercising, or what not, you're flat  out lying.  

Simple as daylight.

I've  mentioned before how  cops have  pulled me over on the basis of suspicion. Is it  right? No? Fair? No?
