Success

Success (162)

I don't just say I'm a bestselling author. I actually AM.

Even AI knows it. All forms.

You cant win.

I was going to title this one "he sits there like Buddha".

Or, the story of the 2 tutors, then I decided on BOTH.

You know, I've mentioned the tale of the two models on this site. Google and yer shall find, for some reason its quite a famous post on this site. Or just search here, haha.

Supermodel Rahul, and ... well, a lot of fat ones like fat Ben we've all seen... And since I can't seem to figure out how to add a dadgumit image to the site,  here he is in all his "morning glory" - NO PUN LOL - again ...

Well, well, well. Shyza. Rather large XXXL glory, lol.

But anyway a long time ago I had two Math tutors, though I was already good at Math and didnt really need tuitions on that.

Both were Sikh guys.

One was a fat turd of a guy that did nothing but either sit on a bed or chair.

He had servants tend to his EVERY need. While we students sat around and studied, he barked orders at a 14 year old slave boy he had (India, remember - child labor) "arms! head! legs!!".

He would lie down in bed with his daughter and get his feet massaged by the kid and his father.

BRUTAL.

But thats how they are here. I've seen women literally berate six year old girls for not coming to work in pouring downpour that no one even ventures out into, let alone work in, of courrrse if she doesnt, she doesnt EAT. They used to give her a bowl of crap to eat OUTSIDE the house sitting on the doorstep.

This, my friend is real life in many places. Fat cows like the above have no clue, but they'll be Googling I'm sure.

Scene straight out of a fetish movie you'd say except it was very real, and I remember getting pissed at me wanting the same thing, but NOT being allowed at home.

This guy wrote a book that was a bestseller which is about the only claim to fame he has, not sure about now though. One of those one hit wonders. Probably gone by now.

And so he was the expert.

Dad meets him through someone, and claims "he knows how to read people! He might sit there like Buddha but he's smart!".

From someone who claims how to know how to read people himself but never read me.

Never one word negative about the guy. Despite the slave labor etc.

My Dad has this habit of praising everyone when they dont deserve it except not when I do, which is fine. With me he'll yell "how dare he want praise for something he worked for". Ive never quite been able to figure that one out ..

He has himself wanted this very same thing (servitude dynamic) his whole life, but cant get it, every time his son does, it BRUTALLY TRIGGERS HIM.

I'm used to it, like Rambo said "sounds familiar". Thats why they call ME Rambo too. Dont fuck with me while doing pull-ups, boy! Especiall ynot trying to SELL ME SOME CRAP!

Anyway, his tuition didnt achieve the desired grades.

So Mom tells me ask him more questions.

I did.

His answer

"Where's my next months' fees".

Which I had ...

But he was least interested in my results in Math or the other students.

If you didnt pay, you were out, gone...

He focused on the money while being good at his craft.

The other tutor later after we left this one?

A very humble Sikh guy who used to walk from place to place literally drenched in sweat teaching.

Same result, except this guy ?

"Money later! Lets fix the problem first!"

Then they gave up on tutors. No-one understands Rahul doesnt take kindly to being told what to do, from a young age. I ended up getting 99.99 percent literally in 10th grade and getting a scholarship to University based upon that alone ...

Anyway.

The moral of this is two fold?

First, who had more MONEY?

Like Da Vinci and that other painter, I cant remember his name, another Italian guy that was brilliant.

Both great at their craft, one broke, one rich, the broke one actually BETTER at his craft I'd say. i wish I knew his name, but everyone remembers the famous ones like me, not the Ben Birds of the world.

Second, who LASTED in memory?

Third, despite being better, who eventually lost and who won?

THIS IS why kindness is overrated.

Life, my friend, is BRUTAL.

I've seen it all my life, experienced it at both ends and continue to.

Not so my 400 lb sister sitting there like Buddha or Ben Gay, or my ex wife. I mean these fuckers are always SITTING, never MOVING. How the fuck can someone live like that is BEYOND ME.

My father wouldn't dare to call a woman that of course.

And Ben is a cuck and he likes that sort so he'd be nice to him.

Ah, yours truly.

I'm the best!

And on that note, padrone ...

The BEST damn fitness system out there awaits that will turn you from Buddha to STUD right quick if you simply follow instructions and put in the work.

Here it is - the 0 Excuses fitness system.

GRAB IT NOW before I raise the price yet again. I love being greedy. And I've explained why.

Best,

Truly, as a potential PREY told me today. You are BACK.

YUP.

Maybe there willl be a 4th gory installment.

I look forward to it.

And thats that.

Best,

rahul Mookerjee

There is always a reason for everything once you get in touch with the FORCE, the Spirit, the Universe.

And I often step out of the house - to walk - and get more ideas than I already have in my already very fertile mind.

I get them all the time. These walks, by the way. have got nothing at all to do with fitness - except when I get an idea like I did today - that has to be done NOW.

I mean NOW.

Man!

The way I was dwadling, although I Did not waste my time - I was doing isometrics which would kick most folk's ass from here to Timbuktu and then some - but once I got that idea, man!

I literally HARED to the park I hadn't been to for ages, like 5 months. Too damn hot, too many damned mosquitoes, but I had to test myself on two things I aint done for a long time - that time frame.

Dont even ask me why the cat crossed from left to right, why my LEFT calf been twitching before I even worked out today and such.

Always a reason.

If you think positive, you'll attract that x 1000 anyway - so there it was, thick bar pull-ups, you ask?

Felt so damn easy I could do 300 of them instead of the 3 I videod.

Then monkey bars, which most gym goers and so called fit adults cannot even BEGIN to do right let alone at the advanced level I do 'em at.

I was amazed at just how EASILY I slipped into them damn positions!

And it's all on youtube, I'm not even going to link 'em here.

I ran out of data, or I'd live stream yet again. Mental note, get the unlimited I had before, I canceled that because I rarely step out, so I have 4GB per day now, thought that would be more than enough, it aint either on 5g plus connections. Hehe.

Anyway.

Other updates?

Selfie stick long delayed, soon to come, not so I can show you my pretty little face, but so I can FILM myself working out better, angles and such.

And that, my friend is that.

Enjoy.

Always a reason for it ALL.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - INcluding why I did not post on this site for like freaking forever.

"But thats all you need!"

Aaron, a friend of mine that helped me ... well, that was Vincent I believe - move into an apartment - I did not have a vehicle at that point in ... what was it, 1998? Came to my apartment, and I told him it was a studio apartment - small, tiny - but I was happy with it.

As a struggling college student at that point, though I never viewed myself as struggling, and probably therefore never really did, but thats a different story.

I mentioned how I "rigged" curtains - so no-one could peer in through the window (you'd be surprised at the number of jackasses that have tried to peer in through the blinds).

Basically a velvet sheet I had lying around that I taped - with celltape - to the window on top of the A/C - hehe.

Aaron looked around, and nodded approvingly - while I was a bit ... not embarassed, but trying to explain things, and he made this comment.

"But thats all you need!"

And true, in relation to my goals right then and there which was to have a space I could cook all the food I liked (not just in the microwave - hehe) and drink all the damn beer I wanted - it was what I needed.

That goal hasn't changed until today.

Now, I still remember Maria a girl I know until today telling me how "your apartment looks like a 5 star hotel" in 2004 I believe (in China).

To her it probably did.

But, it served much of the same purpose then (with the hill) that it would today.

Hey, I'm a simple guy at heart, and to all these people that keep asking why I dont have a fancy office setup, refuse to make fancy videos etc (I don't even like videos that much, I finally caved into demand a couple of years back, but I'd rather WRITE) ...

... Hey, all of that is great.

Having a Sidney Sheldon like house on a remote deserted island with nothing but the sea to keep you company is fuckin paradise to me.

Other hand, you have Jeff Bezos who was using used doors for desk well into Amazon's journey of becoming a success, refused to trade in his beat up Honda for something better until 10 or so year after, I believe 20 - he founded Amazon ...

It's about priorities.

Its about me spending money on what I want.

Indulgences make you feel good, too many of them make you WEAK.

If you're already sitting in the lap of luxury, why would you aim for more, to keep making yourself better?

That ain't me saying those with non spartan surroundings are idiots, or it's a non worthy goal.

None of that.

But for me, this is what works, and I've been on all ends of the spectrum, and will continue to be as long as I exist.

I dont need nothing fancy to help yall, my friend.

My mind is more than enough.

And thats truly, as Steve Austin would say - the bottom line.

And no there ain't nothing wrong with wanting more and getting more as I have either...

OK, enough spanners in the works.

But to a lot of you asking about the office setup from the bedroom, thats why (main reasons).

More later, I'm sure.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Hard hitting real life advice available via my coaching sessions. Apply NOW if you're interested.

The three letter - not four - word at the end is KEY. Like I keep saying in Gumption Galore, and people are picking up on that thankfully - it isn't what it is. It is what it is - for NOW.

That applies to every area of your life, now this question I keep getting "you're doing well, you've been around for so long" "yet you haven't made a million bucks as yet" - that I keep getting from folks - both struggling and not ... I thought it was time to address it, and I have via a video on youtube - after doing that, I thought I'd put some words down in writing - which has always been my preferred means of communication.

Napoleon Hill's book Outwitting the Devil is a great answer to the question, if you can read between the lines.

Guy made tons of money in his life, but just when things were going swimmingly well, something "happened" - and - he was back to square zero or worse.

I remember my own father's comment about ME - what I spoke about in some of my videos the other day "it all always goes so well, then it messes up - there must be something in your mind that causes it!"

They even - back in the day - wanted me to go to counseling for this, which was the stupidest thing ever - I ended up counseling the counselor (Basic Instinct Two - she wasn't that sexyyyyyy though, but cute tho) - and they flat out said I did not need any sort of "counseling" which I already knew, try reasoning with Mom though ...

(even Dad was like, just get it over with once and forget about it - haha)

Anyway - Napoleon Hill speaks of this.

SOMETHING made him quit the job where he was making history - and bank.

SOMETHING happened that made him STOP making the loads of $$ he was, and brought him back down to EARTH.

And a lot more, what was that something?

As he writes about an inner voice telling him, until and unless you truly DEVOTE - not just DO - DEVOTE - yourself to what it is you were truly MEANT TO DO IN THIS LIFE - and we all have a purpose we were put on the planet for - you're going to keep experiencing this.

It's not about money, my friend.

THe money is a means to an end and energy that comes, ebbs, flows ...

Most people dont get it.

You have to be happy FIRST - and find out what it is that makes you HAPPY - and then DO what it is that makes YOU unique.

Your USP is something only you know, if you're HONEST about it. Sometimes it might not "sound good", even to you - but like Colonel Trautman said in Rambo III, "thats too bad" - you're stuck wth it!

Focus on the USP, go through the ups, downs, trials, travails, it is only then you will discover true happiness - and that isn't linked to money - or a million dollars.

Back to that - I realized that a long time ago.

It was never a goal for me.

Charles Mitchell once made the comment about me not having as much money "the only reason you dont have as much money as" Jeff Bezos, because my books and products dont cater to whiners and pansies looking for the easy way out and feel good crap that doesnt work.

"Never turn into a pussy trainer to sell more books!"

"just so you can sell more books" ...

And I never have, never will - to me, staying tru to myself is what counts.

Giving you advice that works, whether you like it or not is immaterial, whether you pay big bucks for it is also, to an extent, irrelevant (many do) is whats always been numero uno priority for me, all else falls into place itself.

A million?

Why not a buck more?

Or a buck less?

Does it make a goddamn bit of difference?

I Dont know, its great if thats a goal for you, most would claim it is (while having no inkling of their true goals that would get them there) ...

But again, it's never been one for me.

Then, the "yet" part.

I started THIS website in 2010. Yet, I was working a job at the time, I wasn't doing this full time or even near it - I still remember being thrilled with my first $6 sale - I was doing digital back then too although no-one else was.

I had three products for years.

Fast and Furious Fitness, Shoulders like Boulders! - and Pull-ups - from DUD to STUD within a matter of WEEKS!

The latter two are not what you see today either - watered down versions of that. The first is, and remains, and always will remain the same, an all time great that has been hailed as such.

I quit the job - or was fired - or both.

I went to China.

I started 0 Excuses Fitness in 2017 - I Still remember Cindy and I creating those vids! Haha.

Hell, legally we weren't even around till 2018 - when 0 Excuses Fitness became a sole propreitorsheep (in India - the China plan did not materialize - ugh - so much paperwork there) ... not really, hehe (sheep).

And our current US present "Inc"  only happened last year (I dont believe in legalese etc until the situation WARRANTS it, now there are those that do it the other way which is fine, but I'd rather test the idea first and see how it works and THEN go all in as it were). (for the most part, at least).

All this while, my main focus was on making MONEY.

And I made tons of it - not mainly through this biz, which was always a "side deal for me".

(On a side note, I told Carol - the chick you've heard so much about all excited and such about the new biz I started, her first question was as dumb as bricks - and what 99 percent of the populace would ask.

I'm a month into something, and she asks "well, how many customers do you have". (how much money are you making).

To me this was the dumbest, stupidest, most boring thing one could ask someone that "just started" - but it shows how most people think, why people will never understand the one percent amongst us that strive to be the best we can, the folly of announcing your goals to the world, especially those "so called close to you" and so forth - I've been guilty of that way too often!)

Yet, all that while, I kept going through the sort of tumultous ups and downs Hill mentions in his book, and it was only a few years back that I understood the wisdom of his words, which took him more than two decades to truly understand.

You gotta be in it *your life's purpose* ALL the way, or not at all.

You've got to go through the ups and downs, the latter downright mean and nasty. You, the greater your goal/calling is, have to be prepared to SUFFER - eat humble pie - all of that - in ways you never imagined possible. YOu have to PERSIST, and not look for "other ways to make easy money" (which for years I Did, and found).

I'm making money NOW.

Not a million, but I definitely outsell a lot of the bozos and complainers out there, but again - I had to learn HOW myself.

And it's an art.

A skill.

And those only get better with practice.

So no, my dear "wife" that keeps asking "when will the million dollars come" - I ain't been doing this for "years and years".

If you were to ask me full time, seriously, mind to it - I'd say 2017 onwards.

Except, I took a huge break from it - big mistake - in 2019.

Not that that impacted anything negatively, but I felt repercussions in other areas of my life as punishment.

The Universal Court of Justice sees ALL my friend.

Its always complicated - there is no "one way".

My spartan surroundings are part of me, they always will be regardless of how much money I make. Like Michael, a friend of mine once told me "I'm the guy dressed like a bum on the road".

People have compared me to that as well. Hehe.

And so be it, as I could care two figs less about what dont matter.

If that bum on the road makes more money than YOU, and helps more people than YOU - then isn't that COUNTS?

To me it is ...

For those ROOTING for us to do better and better that a lot of you silently are, well, speak up - and thank you!

You'll be the first to know when I hit the million - or billion - dollar mark.

And that, friend, is that.

Its about living life to your fullest potential. Most dont scratch the surface. You're not going to take the million with you when you pass, but you WILL take the spirits of people you've HELPED - ultimately, people remember what you did for them more than the money you made doing it.

And that, friend, is what COUNTS.

OK, I'm sure I've missed a shitton of things here. So be it.

I'm sure there's be more to come!

Zero to Hero! - and Gumption Galore - are MUST grabs. Do so now.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - One of my original books ideas was this "From 120 - 60 kgs ... from Zero to HERO! - from LOSER in every area of life to WINNER" and so forth.

That turned into the first book mentioned above.

But, this book is in the works, my life story basically - stay tuned for it!

PS #2 - Again, it's never been a goal, it isn't for now either. You are here to make a DIFFERENCE - thats what COUNTS.

PS #3 - Learning in the trenches, getting the CONFIDENCE that goes with it - never comes easy. It came doubly hard for me. If you're struggling, and constantly thinking of "what if I had secure income", then you're not the right person to be reading this, or benefiting from my coaching

You gotta be willing to let go FIRST.

Take the HITS first. Henry Ford took them well INTO, not ON his way - to success. So can YOU - if you choose to.

There simply is no other way. Having a backup option, a fail safe, is NOT an option.

It took me way too long to learn that.

I hope I can teach YOU these things so you get to where you want to be quicker than I did! Haha.

Lots of people whine about their visualizations "not working" and such. Then, they get on Twitter which for some reason seems to be awash with even more "Desperate" bullshit than ever before - with a few "keeping a real's" shining brightly -yours truly being one of them, and I make sure to give all such posts a genuine like or such (not that it matters either way, of course).

Ever see those endless gif's, images, emojis etc saying "affirm 11111! Something WONDERFUL is about to happen today!"

Why the heck do you need to affirm that number?

True, it's a magic number - I even did a video on it here - but the magic happens in your mind FIRST, my friend.

It often happens without a single number beside it.

Then those images saying "You will be RICH TODAY!" (often accompanied by a picture of a humvee, SUV and such).

When I see this fake BS that people buy into DAILY, scrolling endlessly on social media, equate it to visualization - I almost puke.

It all feels, and IS so fake!

Those images mean "F all" - the only vibe that comes off them is folks that haven't made it pretending to have made it, and "conning" others into believing it which most do.

Zero to Hero has received rave reviews all over the world, my friend - yet, you wont find a single social  media post or other email from me along the lines of the above.

No.

Then there are those who say they visualize - but can't really "feel it".

My friend, if you can't feel what you're visualizaing with DEEP passion and emotion, you might as well not do it.

And there's a good reason behind your mind telling your subconscious that "this seems fake".

For someone thats never made a dime on their own in their lives, to visualize making a billion dollars right off the bat wont work.

If you add a "maybe" in there and let it go - that conditions your mind a lot better for the eventual "reality".

Most are so obsessed with money that all visualization centers around "money falling into my lap".

There has to be the obligatory dollar signs everywhere!

Dont get me wrong.

I use the tricks too, I've been doing it subconsciously since I was born.

But they aren't a be all and end all for me.

Take it all away from me - my mind will still do what I want, and create the reality I want.

When I visualize, I think about things I've done before that make me happy - I think about what I want in the future - that makes me SHIVER AND QUIVER with RED HOT EMOTION!

Then, I bridge between those two worlds.

Those that claim visualization doesn't work (because of what the so called social media gurus told them to and tell them "how to do it") - well, your current results in your life are in part, large part, an end result of visualization whether you know it or not.

And if you have to force yourself to visualize, or it feels forced, it aint a goal you deeply want deep down inside. It's not something that ignites a spark of RED HOT PASSION IN YOU - and its not going to work that way, simple, if you want magic to happen - you have to truly BE AND WANT the end result FIRST, my friend, in your own MIND!

Only those that have truly, truly DEEPLY wanted something will "get this".

Yes, visualization plays a vital part in everything you do in your life my friend whether you know it or not.

When you make the decision to "on the fly" - drop down and do a 100 pushups like I didd yesterday, no warmups etc - chances are you thought about it first for a fleeting instant - I did.

THAT is how you do it.

You visualize - then you LET GO.

And you let the magic happen.

And that, my friend is that.

It forms a huge part of getting better at tough exercises too - such as the pull-up.

Look, I've literally visualized people coming to my front door - the type of person - my reaction - times deliveries will occur - and so forth - and it's happened, like clockwork.

The key is to remember this.

Money isn't the end result you "want".

You want the end result that you GET from money.

This, my friend is a huge secret most miss.

Without FEELING ... nothing happens in this world, good or bad, or lukewarm for that matter...

Getting back to it - if you think of something and it feels forced, fake etc - well, then it likely is in terms of where you're at now. Chances are also excellent and second to none you dont believe you can have it - and if you dont believe, well, you're either not thinking of something you truly WANT - or ... you're taking leaps before you can walk.

More on this in future emails, but for now, I'll close off with the eternal Claude Bristol quote I always hold dear, and keep close to me.

Repetition of the same chant, the same incantations, the same affirmation leads to BELIEF. Once that belief becomes a deep seated conviction - things begin to HAPPEN.

And that, friend is that.

Back soon.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - IF you wish to apply for life coaching, do so here

Whenever I'm at home, which ain't often - my own area (my room/office) is always "Walled off" to a degree.

No, not physically.

But there is a shift in energy you can feel from the mundane to the MAGICAL when you step in my room - something "different" - me - which is not there in the rest of the house.

My daughter is getting to the age where she can put her own energy that way into things, hopefully she lets the dumbphone aside for a while to do it ...

Wife (who doesnt get it this till point despite all the gurus she follows "tum apni duniayo me rehte ho" (you live in your own world! sigh!)), rest of the family - I've no idea, I dont even care much to be honest. The only real family I have is ...

Anyway - back when I was growing up, at a very young age, I still remember my father complaining / commenting about something - "you've built this emotional fortress around yourself that nothing can penetrate".

True.

I didnt realize it back then.

I didnt realize back then - indeed until a few years, what I've been subconsciously, on auto pilot - since I was born damn near is one of the GOLDEN KEYS (yes, ask Napoleon Hill - or any DOER) to success - real and lasting success.

And to being a "goddamned survivor". Hehe.

Given the crap in which I grew up, I had to do it.

Either make your own life - swim AGAINST a very powerful tide indeed - or swim with it. Most of my "family" chose the latter. I chose the former - always - with all its issues, travails and problems (see the review of Zero to Hero! On Audible - hehe - and Gumption Galore) ... always one to take the path less traveled, and ultimately the MOST glorious, rewarding and satisfying.

Less than 10% of folks out there despite being told, tutored etc have the confidence to take that first step.

Those that do, less than 0.01% really make it big as they want to, because that first step is the first step, and there's plenty of challenges ahead.

Most fail 'em.

As written in Think and Grow Rich, it's a "select few" who are admitted the gardens of Bounty.

That doesnt mean the doors aren't open for ALL.

They are.

But you have to qualify, precious few do.

Anyway - Napoleon Hill wrote about his guardian princes in "Get Rich with Peace of Mind" and how you should build MULTIPLE WALLS in your mind to keep out everything but what you WANT from reaching your subconscious mind - and the princes that get RID of what does "escape security".

Physically, same thing.

Around myself, my own room has everything that is dear to me, that I see daily.

What did Hannibal Lecter see?

We COVET that we can see everyday, but cannot get ...

Well, get you can if you employ the subconscious mind right, my friend.

And part of it is REMOVING what you dont want from your life pronto - in a manner that will shock most people - I do so before the thing I want is physically on it's way to me.

Faith, my friend, indeed moves mountains.

Think about that as you read this, go about your day ..

And thats that.

Back soon.

Best

Rahul Mookerjee

It's a well known fact that the lovely "S.O" and yours truly dont agree on a lot of, if any, things at all ... but she recently said something "manifestation" wise (most of which I dont agree with her on at all) which I can whole heartedly agree with.

While trying to get the daughter to do better "self care" i.e. brush hair, teeth etc more carefully and the sort of thing you gotta keep telling kids, she made this comment.

"God only gave us one body - now if you dont take care of it, he'll stop sending you other things as well. He'll say "I gave her a body, but she couldn't take care of that either, so why new things!"

Now, this is an interesting way of looking at it.

I thought about it, offhand comment, replace God with Universe - it makes perfect sense, always has all my life along with another truism "toss the old in your life to make place for the new - and toss the old FIRST while having FAITH the new will come".

All my life, my best results have come when doing the following -

When I'm in SHAPE - by that I do NOT mean bulging muscles - I mean a lean, mean look and full of energy all day.

If you look at it from a manifestation standpoint, if you're "desiring more" - but not doing anything or letting what you have to go to utter waste (most people) - then why would you "be ready" to "recieve more"? Think about it, it makes perfect sense in that regard.

More -

When I'm actively blocking the vast majority of people out of my life (including some on this email list etc) because they have energy I do NOT want in my life. That alone is a mind bender for most - how could I do that business wise?

But trust me, blocking complainers, whiners, time wasters and such is something every successful business owner does whether he/she is aware of it or not. Or, you wouldn't be a success!

I'm even more active about it the more I do business, and my results SHOW.

The minute you completely cut off something you do not want in your life from you, is the minute you free up space for the something that you DO want to come to you - often miraculously.

Getting back to fitness - it's true. Health is indeed the greatest wealth, yet, most folks ignore this truism.

And no, self care does not mean slathering on tons of lotion, deodorant, bathing with fancy soaps etc - or long sessions at spas, or saunas (though saunas are great when done right) or anything of that nature.

Martin Farmer Burns said (wrote) as much in the Lessons of Wrestling and Physical Culture handbook in the 1900's where he states that the office worker, all spic, span, smelling good (insert LGBTQ manicure for today, lol) might and probably is actually way unhealthier than the laborer sweating it out all day in the hot sun.

And he's right. It makes perfect sense. Like beauty is not "skin deep" - coming from the inside - so is true health my friend.

It means taking care of your health from the inside out.

And the numero uno thing to do DAILY in this regard is regular intense exercise - workouts - such as in the 0 Excuses Fitness System, which is truly meant for everyone - from couch potato to advanced trainees, there is something for everyone here - and you'll get in record shape fast if you just do what is outlined in the course, and stick at it (i.e. persistence).

Along with that, other things I highly recommend - regular fasting - lots of FRUITS in your diet - lots of LEAN meats - lots of COLD water therapy (especially the last) -  and lots of deep rthymic breathing as a matter of practice, and a lot more, but it all comes to nought if you dont follow the basics, which boil down to, no matter how you cut it - pushups, pull-ups, squats, and bridging - done in proper FORM all of them.

And that, my friend, is what 0 Excuses Fitness is built on - the very bedrock of REAL fitness out there (unlike the fancy "circuits" or other nonsense that is doing the rounds these days, there is no need to prepare long charts, count calories, measure bodyweight, BMI etc - just drop down and DO - and the results will nigh show and astound you).

Basic is brutal, and best.

And thats that, pal.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

I'll always remember a scene from the 1980's movie "Cliffhanger" - where four friends - well, two couples I should say - go on what I can only describe as a climbing double date high up there in the dizzying heights of the mountains - I dont know where they filmed it, but I damn near got vertigo from the visuals alone! - Stallone is nothing short of a genius in his chosen field! - or line of work - and then disaster strikes, and the better half of "Gabe" - I believe that was Sly's friend in the movie? Not sure ... falls - rather, plunges to her death "miles beneath".

The friends all break up, they move to different areas and such, try to move on with their lives, and Sly in particular can't get over it.

One day, his girlfriend corners him and tells him enough is enough.

"It was not your fault! You did all you could!"

"And what was Gabe doing out there with a girl that could barely climb anyway??"

Exactly.

Sage(ss)

All too often, people focus on "niceties".

Oh, the poor girl died...

Sure, she did.

But she should not have BEEN THERE in the first place and neither should her boyfriend have been stupid enough to take her there

You gotta face the consequences of your actions, my friend. It's a natural law of the Universe, you can ignore it - but that doent mean the law wont take its course.

You look at these idiots that show up with weed in countries like Russia where it's obviously and clearly banned thinking "they can get away with it" - and then whining and moaning when they're rightly put in jail for it.

Look, when you're in another country, you follow their damn rules. You were well aware of the rules before flying, you CHOSE to break 'em - even if you weren't aware of them, ignorane of the law is NEVER an excuse.

Period.

Now, read this link before proceeding -A truly INSPIRATION “Cliffhanger” story why grip training is damn near as important as BREATHING! (0excusesfitness.com)

Did you think John Walker whined and moaned about "grip training being too hard"?

No.

Do you think he took personal responsibility - planned in advance - and so forth?

Hell YES.

And all that training, subconscious planning of what to do when (if) something goes wrong(and if it can it will) - took over, and he saved a life.

THAT is how it's done.

Fitness wise, way too people seek refuge in pathetic excuses and dont acknowlege the fact they're out of shape.

Genetics.

"Big not fat"

"Different body sort"

The excuses pour forth ...

Perhaps thats why I named 0 Excuses Fitness what I did - more than it being catchy, it's true!

Take personal responsibility my friend - for your life, fitness, biz, all of it.

"Blaming others" or being jealous of those doing well - fitness wise and life wise may be an easy refuge as is trolling etc- but it wont do anything to improve your OWN LIFE in that regard.

Look at yourself in the mirror, a good long hard look, ACKNOWLEDGE where you're at - life wise, fitness wise, all of it.

Then set goals - have a plan of action.

And get to work.

ANd fitness wise, remember the right tools are key to getting the job done right - as with anything.

And the best and first - not in that order - tool fitness wise you must grab NOW (if you're serious about your health and fitness) is the 0 Excuses Fitness System. Trust me, there is no other course like this out there that takes you by the hand, guides you - kicks your ass when there is a need to do so - and long story short - gets you in the best shape of your life nigh quick - NO excuses made.

Do so NOW.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee
