Success (162)
I should have said "more on losing focus", because I think I've written about this before many times.
But something that is oft ignored in terms of success, even when you talk to DOERS - real doers - and especially by the shamians that strut around claiming to be self help experts advocating "meeeeeeeeeeeeee time" and "feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel good advice" (and let me tell you, if it feels good, youre probably not even halfway, or even one step along the road to real lasting success - not permanently at least) ...is this.
What to do AFTER the success.
Now, different people have different definitions of success.
Different goals dictate this too.
When I was focused on getting into the best shape of my life, my friend, the compliments came in thick and fast.
I'd get called a movie star. TV "personality". You name it, and I was called it - and still am - both good and bad! (but never "fat and unfit" now)
(and sure, I'd get called all the above before too, but now x 100).
My students would literally marvel at the overnight weight loss.
Girls would flock to me - even more so than before (while that might sound like Tom Tomming - it is i, but it's also TRUE)
And I'd just keep getting in pinker of health so to speak. Lifelong injuries vanished - without a trace - never to return.
Lifelong health problems disappeared without phat phock docs telling me "dont go swimming".
And so forth ...
It would have been easy for me to lose focus and turn into a phat phock.
I didnt.
Neither did I lose focus on several other goals I had.
But lifewise, I've been guilty of this on more than one occasion.
Reach the summit - pause to "rest and relax and enjoy it" - but then end up sliding down, because the enjoyment stretched out for a bit too long.
Business wise, there are reasons this is happened to me.
In 2019, for one, I didnt devote near as much time to my writing as I should have - and the results showed.
I was going through a tough phase in 2018, of course, that I've written about, and when I finally resolved it, I wanted to take time off to "savor my success".
Perfectly understandable, and in my case I didnt really take time off. I was focusing on the wrong biz.
But I was also taking time offf, and not hitting it as hard as I should be on this one - or as I am now.
Right now, I keep pushing myself to remember one thing.
Conquer one summit - then move to the NEXT.
The minute you're idle, my friend, or dont have a goal is the minute success, as Claude Bristol rightly said in the Magic of Believing "grows wings and flies away".
It is indeed a fickle beast - many waiting to enjoy it!
True, if you're a billionaire, you could probably focus on enjoying life more once you get there, but beware - those stories hear of overnight crashes, fortunes coming tumbling down - all very true!
Look at the real doers, Jeff Bezos for one - they dont stop!
They understand that achieving one goal is cause for self congratulation, but also time to reflect and know that "the real work lies ahead".
Bezos correctly emphasizes the day one culture at Amazon.
The results show.
Pity Google and most other biggies don't follow Amazon's example, but then again, thats why Amazon is pretty much the only conglomerate out there quietly growing - and how - while the rest stagnate.
Sheer biz genius, superb customer service at the end of the day and then some.
An obsession with the customer, as Bezos puts it.
That, my friend, is something YOU need to be aware of.
Fitness wise, if you're planning 100 fingertip pushups at a go, for instance.
Tough goal, eh.
Might sound undoable for you.
But when you do get there, and you can if you do the thing , you probably wouldn't want to bask in the sunshine for too long, and pat yourself on th eback for too long - because if you do, that ability will fly away as quickly, or perhaps much quicker as you GOT IT.
Muscle memory notwithstanding.
Thats just an example, of course.
Key thing - think in advance.
Always plan your life - fitness wise, or otherwise - out by a few years.
Have goals - then have goals.
Focus on one - but keep the rest in mind too as you do so.
And you'll do just fine!
It's one of the principles not directly, but indirectly mentioned in damn near EVERY Commandments in the 10 Commandments of Physical Training and Success in the 0 Excuses Fitness System, and lifewise, in all my motivational books and courses.
And rightly so ...
Think about it - how does it apply to you?
Write back.
Let me know!
I'm out - back soon.
Best
Rahul Mookerjee
Or, I could say, the hidden side of self-help - but a very necessary dark side indeed that nobody out there is willing to bring to you - except me.
And I wouldn't say it, but several of the whiny form entries I'm getting on the coaching page ... well, let me just say a lot of those have prompted me to say what I am now!
In short - my friend - if you're aiming at something - if you're frustrated - if you're not getting where you wanna be - and so forth - and the thing that "gets you the most" is "no-one notices or no-one cares", well, then I've already told you about the values and virtues of vision, persistence, gumpton, sales and marketing and so forth ...
... but what I didnt tell you is this, my friend.
No-one freaking cares.
Get used to it.
It's a fact of life.
It's how humans are wired.
And it's especially applicable (me saying this these days) as its something the veritable barrage of mostly armchair self help gurus wil NEVER tell you.
They'll post glitzy photos of themselves showing plenty of skin, usually tanned bronze like they were yoga contestants, hehe, or on some movie inspired vacation with their best make up on saying ... " do it on your own time!"
To the hustlers that contact them after hours, they'll whine about "family is most important", or "take time out for your mental health" and other such airy fairy feel good BS and garbage which has NO impact in the real world.
Oddly enough, one of the people posting tripe such as this sleeps with her phone in hand when she's doing a new project!
The hypocrisy and foolishness, my friend, is beyond belief at times.
I wont name her here.
But it's just a case of getting more clicks for their own business etc is what these people are aiming at - not any real self help. If it was the latter, the focus would be on TALK - heavy talk - not all the garbage videos and pictures!
Not to mention, motivation works best when it comes from someone thats been in the trenches and shares their real story - the nitty gritties - the unsexy parts - and so forth - parts that I share, for instance, that most wouldn't dream of sharing on their sites to their lists etc.
I do because ... its REAL LIFE!
Real success, my friend, involves something NO-ONE has ever wanted to talk about, even less so now.
Plague or no plague, good economy or bad - there are two things constant -
One, The GRIND as Mike Pompeo calls it in his new venture.
You can call it the har dyards.
the slog.
Call it what you like, but ditching it in favor of airy fairy rubbish of "weekends are for meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" aint gonna get you any closer to your goal - likely the opposite. Perhaps if you've already got to where you want to be, you can structure some flexibility into your routine ie. you own your biz, not the other way around so much, but before that - it'll always be a grind, and even after that if youw anna STAY on top!
I cannot tell you the number of people that have risen - gotten complacent - and fallen again to greater depths.
Yours truly very proudly ranks in that sort too! (at various points in my life thus far).
But the grind, my friend is unavoidable, and the ONLY PATH to success. There is nothing else leading to lasting and long term success!
And two -no-one cares.
Lets face it, friend.
thats how we are wired as humans, to look for "whats in it for me".
SO unless you MAKE your business, your life, whatever you do something that Impacts your target audience positively, guess what - your struggles or not, your up times, downtimes, no times, zero times, hehe - no-one CARES.
That may sound especially galling to some reading this.
"He's rubbing it in " they might say.
Well.
So am I, I suppose. But it needs to be!
EVERYONE is in it for themselves my friend.
My old bosses - Uncle J and the lot. Yours truly. You. Me. Donald Trump. Ultimately, we're ALL wired to function that way!
And those that understand it quicker, the better off they are!
More -
You talk about people not caring, eh.
Well, it's well known that the Trumpinator for one picked up the plague from China in 2020.
You know that.
But did you know that while Trump was roundly ridiculed for doing the sensible thing i.e precautions but not succumbing to panic, that privately despite his campaign never saying it - he was actually in bad shape there for a while ?
He was truly havin trouble breathing etc.
True, he pulled through.
He's a fighter - always will be!
But not for once did he allow his focus to waiver from the goal i.e. the elections at hand.
Till date, he hasn't pissed, whined, or moaned up a storm about this silly thing ... and neither should he!
He understands one thing very well.
"No-one cares!"
Thats the sort of positive attitude YOU need my friend - when times are down - bleak - tough.
THOSE are the guys that eventually make it through to solid greener pastures - and succeed!
Fitness wise, same thing - tough times? Pushups too tough? Feeling exhausted and run down?
Often times, you have to just push through it!
Much like most of my other advice, this sort of thing ain't sexy - and no-one wants to hear it.
They're rather the airy fairy garbage the self help clowns spout.
Fitness wise, they'd rather the "easy make me feel good" fitness books.
So be it.
Yours truly - well, thats one reason as I've said before, hehe, that I'm not as rich as Jeff Bezos as yet, LOL.
But seriously.
I'll never stop giving it to yo ustraight.
It's what I'm known for everywhere, and I dont plan on changing!
Alright, enough for now.
Be sure and pre-order Lumberjack "Lodestone" fitness HERE.
And I'll see you soon!
Best,
Rahul Mokerjee
PS - Real world self help actionable tips and techniques HERE - Zero to HERO! - and here - Gumption Galore!
Would you rather friends and family "call you good" - or are you more concerned about how the WORLD sees you?
Rahul MookerjeeComing from someone who could truly and honestly give a rip less about what people in either one of those two categories think, this is an interesting one, you might think!
But first, a interesting tidbit.
I dont know if y'all noticed the Trumpinator's recent trip to the US/Mexico border?
A border that is raging with migrants shoving their way in "willy nilly", sometimes illegally, and usually by all means possible - the exact opposite of what a country's borders - ANY borders - shoudl be like.
The Donald did his best when he was Prez to do what he could to stop this flow of illegal migrants into the country. Let me tell you one thing, friend. I've got nothing against LEGAL migration - it helps the country - any country.
However dregs showing up with no marketable skills, and presumably to "live off social security" or whatever for a long period after showing up - while that might sound politcally INCORRECT - that sort of thing dont help any country whatsoever - you'd rather have someone in who can help the country, as opposed to mooch off it (and I'm not even getting into crime, illegal voting etc).
Point being this - Trump is no longer Prez. Sure, he wants to get to the post again in 2024 ... but for now, something the media hasn't publicized a lot is his recent trip to the border where he saw how it was on the ground, and spoke to the great Men in Blue (Border Patrol) and asked them what THEIR thoughts were on all this.
Ever see Hiden Biden or Harris doing any of that?
They're too busy trying to UNDO The good work Trump did in that regard.
And he did a LOT!
And it's no surprise that the borders ares are swinging firmly "red" now if you get my drift.
There's a limit to everything - that limit has been reached, and breached now it would seem.
Anyway, what benefit does Trump get from this ?
Other than a bit of publicity which his comments would have attracted anyway, nothing at all. Yet, he still did it!
The man truly CARES.
And could give two hoots less about anything else.
Trump never got credit for much, if anything all, positive when he was in office, yet, he did so many good things.
HE was the one that called China out - brought them to the negotiation table - and brought them to "heel" as it were. NO other Prez has been able to do that.
His simple yet brilliant strategy (and no, for the idiots and Tom Tom's reading this -"Trumps not my guru" - I've been saying it for a long damn time too) of "they need us more than we need 'em" got it done.
Then his position on the Paris climate accords. He called the WHO out - rightly so - for being China's lapdog.
And of course, Border Security!
There hasn't been a better Prez in many regards - I'd put Trump right up there with Raegan, if you ask me.
Trust me, without Trump and his brilliant team - Pompeo, Bill Barr, Mike Pence etc - that was a great, great team he had there - we'd all be firmly on our way to Hunter Biden inspired speaking Russian or Chinese ... .
As it stands right now, that is a distinct possibility unles more of us stand up to this China virus and the panic everywhere!
Anyway, I was going to title this post "if you think you never get any credit, and get pissed off over that" ...
But I didnt.
Yours truly, my friend, all his life has been a visionary and pioneer - done things differently - has been fiercely independent despite the calls to stop being a wolf and join the hordes of the civilized aka SHEEP.
I never have, never will.
And to a lot of you, reading this?
A lot of you trying to do your own thing - a lot of you that have DONE so much for all your lives, yet never got the recognition?
Well, this isn't a post about "angry white man" or whatever they call it (curiously enough I'm also called that - no idea why!).
This is about - I dont know, let me give you my own examples.
All my life, if you look at my family - privately , they're all uber and ultra curious to see ":what I do".
Publicily?
"He's a loser", they'll say to friends and relatives.
Believe me, I've heard it!
Not that I care. I've said plenty of things about them too "in return" I suppose - though they're true - but the point is this.
As a kid, I was multi-talented in many disciplines - all quashed for the "study bug".
Yeah, my family keeps telling me now "if you wanted to do it, you should have done it".
Um.
With no background, no-one to teach me, and most importantly, NO encouragement at home?
I still remember the comment about soccer boots when I wanted some.
Heck, no-one even taught me how to kick the damn soccer ball right with the side of my toe, not the front! (hence the nasty ingrown toenail problem I've had for years until I finally got it resolved in China).
No-one taught the guy who takes LOOOOOOOONG road trips - often times in countries he's never ever driven before (thats another long story!) - cars hes never driven before getting into them to drive - to drive in the first place!
If anything, I was ridiculed "those boys your age know it all, you know nothing".
Well, Mom, they were taught. I wasn't!
"You can't choose your parents" is the response.
True.
But we can all choose how we treat our children, no?
(And if a certain someone is reading this, dont worry. I still remember the quiet comment about "maybe we made some mistakes. You're our first!"
No you didnt make mistakes. You wanted me to do it your way or not at all, and that ain't gonna happen - not now, not before, not when I "after 5 years of age which is apparently when I turned into Frankenstien-cum-Dracula because I had - gasp! - a MIND and WILL of my own I chose to EXERCISE - and not ever).
Anyway, go to college - I never heard "he was the first guy to major in Computer Science in our family".
I kept hearing Tom Tomming going on about my sister though whose apparently a lawyer and the "pride of the family" (although she never worked full time more than a few years, and part time - well! Dont ask, it's a very strange and complicated Nazi feminist mess, but Nazi feminism is not the point).
Think it's just me - think again.
Anyone in my family that doesn't fit Nazi feminist ideals is called out .
My younger cousin brother once came to "stay" at our (well, I should say Mom and Dad's, hehe) house because he was going to college or something.
He was like me. He "sat at home".
You should have seen and heard the complaints all day long!
"He sits at home!"
I mean, geez, Mom, so what.
Let him!
His life!
Then some nonsense about him applying to some college and complaining about the line or something, and my father proudly saying "I have a girl and she stood in line herself".
Like, really.
Whats wrong with wanting a bit of extra "comfort"?
When asked about all this, my familu either yells like banshees or says " so what! We resolved it all!"
But nothing ever gets resolved, my friend - unless you resolve it if you get my drift.
Those feelings still persist, deep down inside.
Anyway, flip side of all this?
Brick bats aside, I'll tell you this muchj.
I've truly done so many things that no-one in my family would ever THINK of doing - and I've lived a lifestyle and done things MOST people only dream of.
The China virus has put a temporary halt to that, yes.
But in many ways, the travels, the adventures - no, this is not your typical "travel blogger" if you get my drift. The Bozos, the fights, the sites, all of it ...
Do I get the credit?
No.
But I get the lifestyle!
Does Trump get the credits?
No!
But he WAS the US President - which no-one can take away from him!
Same thing for yours truly.
Back on a more logical level. Lets look at Henry Ford for one.
If you look at what his family said about him "an ill tempered nasty person" they call him - and thats only the start.
The world, however, knows him as a genuis bar none (despite failing till the age of 45).
Same thing for Edison, Napoleon Hill, any of the rest.
Modern day, lets look at Steve Jobs.
Family and friends? I never even hear of 'em, hehe.
Jeff Bezos.
Do we ever hear what Bezos's family says about him - or did say?
Never.
But these men did what I do - and vice versa - and ignored the BS - and finally made it out on top.
To me, what matters is I do something meaningful. I leave a lasting impression on peoples lives - for the better.
In more ways than one!
And so forth.
How I'm percieved YEARS after is what matters to me - not so much the here and now!
And certainly not what wackjobs intent on destroying me at any cost think ...
So should YOU, my friend.
I'd give you a long laundry list of things I did FIRST - writing books, doing tons of different things work wise - writing on topics you wouldn't even dream of - sales careers - part time jobs - ESL - teaching different things - I've even taught yoga, if you can believe that - being a fitness coach - starting a brand from scratch - two in fact, and there;s a third I'm working upon ...
Thats just the start.
Dont even get me started on the girls, hehe.
But the more important point here is this - if I had bothered about what people thought - I'd never have got the lifestyle I did.
I'd never have got the benefits I did. The swag I do now (I'd be a cuckolded nutter living under wifey).
And so forth.
Take from this email what you will - but thats what I wanted to say.
I've said it now. So i'm out - but remember, pre-orders coming in thick and fast for Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness - if there was ever a book of mine, along with the upcoming one on Nazi feminism that WILL Make a difference, it's this one. Unlike anything I've ever done before!
And if you use the book and the routines in it, you'll be catapulted to ELITE FITNESS status - mentally and physicaly in ways you never dreamt possible.
You'll truly learn about the hidden and forgotten secrets of oldtime REAL training from one that has been there, done that ...
The benefits you'll reap will be like NOTHING you dreamt of.
And therefore, if you have not already ,make sure to place your pre-orders for the book NOW.
I'm out.
Back soon!
Best,
Rahul Mookerjee
PS - Also, and remember to get your copy of the 0 Excuses Fitness System - truly the purring Rolls Royce of Fitness that WILL - I repeat, WILL turn you into a beast incarnate!
PS #2 - Speaking of beasts and related courses...
PPS - And no, I ain't a follower or a shill for any of the people listed above. I keep getting accused of being that, but I aint. HA!
The other day, I was talking about success.
Or, actually - I dont think I was with my daughter. She mentioned something about (from what I gather) - "some app being too difficult to proceed in" - and was complaining up a storm over it.
My wife and I gave her seperate and to me, completely conflicting advice.
To me, it sounds like part a) (my wife's) advice was from one who watches "videos" all day long of this and that, and learns from the so called shamians and gurus who do nothing but talk up a big game - who have never DONE the thing themselves, and who of course after a few months get replaced by the next guru - because "no results!" - and b) mine? It was boring, it was practical, it was solid, it was NOT glitzy and glamorous, not instant results, and so forth ...
"Because you need to think you can!" my wife went.
Or so I "think" she said, so I heard ...
Yours truly
"Honey, what did I tell about the motherlode of all success?"
"What is truly to the character of man as carbon is to steel?"
PERSISTENCE ... she yelled back!
And that, my friend, is where the buck stops.
Ultimately, you gotta do.
In Pyscho Cybernetics, at the fag end of the book, DR Maltz mentons a case of a guy who dreamt and visualized until the cows came home (his dream was to work in a huge office in a skyscraper appparently) - but nothing ever happened.
When Maltz quizzed the dude about what he had DONE to get there - guess what he said.
"But I thought thinking would get me there!"
(im paraphrasing what Maltz had to say on it)
THIS, my friend is the problem on BOTH ends for most of the self hel pworld.
While yes, thought is where it starts, and ends, the fact is this - without persistence, dogged gumption, determination, all those unsexy characterestics, you might as well not START.
Because without those attributes, you just wont make it.
Read what Napleon Hill had to say on this in Think and Grow Rich.
Look at what Mike Pompeo keeps emphasizing during his latest speeches i.e. GRIND!
(I can just hear the idiot and Bozos trolling up and down about "Rahul's Gurus that he learns everything from". Really, what jokers. Hehe- I mean the idiots that cannot see what someone has done NATURALLY their whole life even when it's placed right in front of them!)
(And what other say about him)
(Oh but wait ... "he doesnt have mansion on hill!" LOL. Not that I want one. Of course, now that I think of it....!)
(anyway, back to it)
Its that grind that ultmately wears down everything, much like water wears down rock.
Persistence is that grind!
I cannot help but laugh - a certain China Tom Tommer (likely a paid CCP troll) was telling me "my cheap advice didnt help"
First off all, it ain't cheap. I think even he would agree.
Curiously enough, prices are probably what caused him to say that!
Hehe.
That, and the unsexy parts of what I keep talking about, and emphasizing, and as for my daughter?
She doesnt need more on self belief.
She needs more of PERSISTENCE!
Kids these days, well, we all know how they are pandered to ...
Excuses made.
And so forth.
In our time, it was the opposite.
How the clock turns, eh.
But point is, persistence is something that has been required through the ages, and will be for as long as human kind exists.
Fact, my friend.
And one you cannot deny!
OK, so thats it for now. Off to get some tea and ...
... Remember, the worlds most awesome, results bringing (quick), spectacular, and home based "perfect for quarantine" workout system is right HERE, so make sure you grab it - NOW.
Lots of you are sitting on the fence on that one.
Jump off it now!
But remember, it requires persistence too!
It dont come easy, bro.
I'm out - back soon!
Best
Rahul Mookerjee
Why I'd back Jeff Bezos anyday in a dogfight against Ambani (Mukesh)
Rahul MookerjeeTwo billionaires, my friend.
One the worlds richest man - by far. Even a sitting US President who took pot shots at him couldn't do much to him ultimately. Hehe.
Two, India's richest man - and by all regards, very cosy with the current Indian leadership (if the news articles are to believed, but I dont believe most mainstream sh-news).
And they're locked in a legal battle over "Future Group".
A company that entered into a deal with Bezo's Amazon (I'll let you read the specifics here) and Ambani' Reliance, a company which isn't quite my favorite when it comes to Internet in India.
Last I saw, it was Airtel I liked the most!
I'm sure Reliance has it's plus points, but what it does NOT have is decent supermarkets.
Sorry, guys, and double sorry (not really) to all those who'll jump up and down saying "you support foreign devvvvvvvvvviiiillll" (A bozo from India once did exactly that when he was shirking on work for a customer - not from India - and I called him out on it - his response was "how dare you support a Westerner against an Indian" - and this was a supposedly educated guy!!!) - but fact is this.
"Reliance Fresh" might be somewhat of a supermarket by Indian standards, but it doesn't hold a candle to the regular Wal-Marts, let alone the Super Centers - or even Park n Shop - or even Carrefour or Lulu.
The comparison between these other giants and another Indian giant Reliance - not even on - Reliance is SO far behind the rest of the pack that it isn't worth talking about (even my wife, for instance, who has never been outside the country to see what supermarkets look like outside and just how convenient there are says this).
She's right!
Then, digital.
From what I can tell Reliance has a site up purporting to do home deliveries.
Sadly, they aren't as transparent as Amazon.
I've said many a times the ONLY people I order from online either in India or not (China is an exception because Amazon isn't quite the thing there) is Amazon.
Jeff Bezos, you're the man - again - not for your money (though you deserve every bit) - but for your honest down to each approach, and your way of thinking as the customer does.
Even with customer service not quite what it used to be at Amazon, I woudln't even think of switching my loyalty from Amazon to another company. Never ever!
And if Amazon opened supermarkets, I'd gladly never visit Wally World again.
But Reliance is part of the majority in that when a product ain't in stock, they let you add to cart anyway, then carry you on to the checkout page, then at the last minute before you check out?
Oops! We dont have it, but shop for something else, pal!
Maybe that works for some people, I dont know.
To me, it PISSES me off big time.
I didn't come there to shop for something else.
I came there to shop for what I want - and LEAVE.
Amazon understands this, and with Amazon, they even tell you whether the product can be delivered where you're at, all before clicking "add to cart".
THAT is true thinking like the customer - real customers - do!
Kudos Jeff.
And in a street fight, why I'd back him over Ambani and the massive advantage Ambani has in terms of being local?
His vision, first off.
His mind and foresight.
Amazon knows which strings to pull, and what counters to play, and - in short - how to do BUSINESS.
Not many other companies can lay claim to that.
Sell books? Amazon!
Sell all over the world from anywhere? Amazon!
Different payment methods, offers no-one can match, ease of payment (no, it's not because they're that big they can give you those offers. Remember, as Bezos said, the company took more than 20 years to even turn a profit!) ... Amazon!
Blazing paths where no-one else has gone (Kindle is but one example - along with Alexa etc) - Amazon!
And most of all, my friend it boils down to this.
If it were Dhirubai Ambani - the guy who founded the Reliance empire from I believe the position of a gas station attendant, working his way up "at night" - vs Bezos, I might say equal battle. I probably would.
But Ambani the son, my friend, despite his MANY admirable qualities (trust me, they're there) didnt start it from scratch.
THAT, to me makes all the difference!
Bezos took 10,000 from his Dad and told him there was a 70 percent chance he would fail.
His Dad trusted him - history was made.
Bezos till this date if you've got a 10 percent chance at anything of really striking it big - go for it!
He's right.
Hence his space missions etc
My wife said "all that is a cover. He just wants to enjoy his life now".
Maybe.
His retirement from Amazon though has nothing to do with that - I bet it's because of the current economic climate, getting out while it's good, and given the world has already pretty much run out of resources, instead of trying to settle down in NZ or some nuke proof place, he's trying for Mars.
Now if there was ever a vision, there it is!
So that, my friend is that. My views, anyway!
Let me know what you think.
Best,
Rahul Mookerjee
PS - Remember to pick up the best damn fitness system here. If there ever was a book I'd recommend in quarantine, while stuck at home or traveling, or on your first trip to Mars, gravity permitting hehe, it is THIS.
PS #2 - Bezos, my friend, is every bit the street fighter he does not appear to be. Appearances, my friend, can be deceptive. He's as tough as they come!
Why it's nigh imperative to ditch an environment of sheer and utter LACK no matter what!
Rahul MookerjeeIf you're serious about your success at anything, that is!
But first, a bit of a story - one told by me, but written by the great Napoleon Hill in Outwitting the Devil.
In that book, possibly and according to me one of this best despite the "very short length" (that in itself should be fodder enough for the idiots that claim "size is everything" when it comes to book - hint - it ain't size - in ANY regard if you get my drift - it's how and what you get i.e the info in the book, and how YOU implement and benefit from it is what its about!), he talks about his numerous failures and setbacks.
He talks about family treating him as an outside and pariah - except when he has money.
He talks of brutal beatings by his father, and how a step mom finally stepped in to, as he says, save his life by leading him to a life of writing instead of that with the shotgun (which he was pretty good at it).
He talks about the TWO - three, actually - MOST taxing periods of his life.
What he writes about is tough enough to read, but Ive got a feeling Napoleon left out the toughest bits!
I can feel it.
Hell, the more I read him, the more I feel it's "me talking to the world" through his words - I could have been him in a different life, so uncannily similar are the trajectories of our lives, right up to the age!
Anyway ...
He speaks of the second time he was truly and really down and out, a time when fear overtook him (he went into hiding because some goons were after him for him and a newspaper man exposing their dirty biz in the papers) - and though the gangsters were eventually tracked down and put in jail, Naploeon's fear never went away.
For a year and a half, or a little over a year, he was stuck with family who as he says "I cannot see how in that frame of mine, anyone would regard me as anything other than a burden!" weren't exactly enamored of him.
He had no money, no plans, nothing.
But what he did have left - his MIND!
And his subconscious, and his regular walks uphill daily.
One night, he truly had enough and decided this was going to be the night he fixed things or else.
How I emphathize with what he says - it happened to me in ... ah, but we'll get there!
Suddenly a bolt of thought struck him out of the blue.
He followed up on the idea.
One thing led to another, and he - despite his "penury" ended up booking himself into one of the most exclusive hotels in Philadelphia, despite his rational mind telling him there was no way he could ever pay for that suite of rooms.
Incredibly though, he did.
He didnt just pay for the suite of rooms down the line - he made himself a bestseller via a meeting he had in those very rooms!
"You were directed to select this environment of luxury", his subconcsious mind told him "so you could thow off the yoke of fear, and think normally"!
(I'm paraphrasing, but thats the gist)
I can relate, my friend.
I can relate!
In 2018, for a few months, I was myself stuck in a similar situation.
I didnt talk about it back then.
I haven't - as of even today - told people the exact specifics of what went down in those months, but it wasn't nice or fair - let me just tell you that!
One fine night, things changed for me as I was presented with a choice - an ultimatum - that I was not just not prepared for - I had no inkling it would happen then (hence those that gave it to me gave it to me then - element of surprise they'd use,so they thought!).
My subconscious rose to the occasion.
Within 2 months or a bit more, I was GONE from there - like the wind.
Into an environment of far greater "luxury" (comparitive) than before - and remember this - the money came - through my own effort,s not by someone giving to me or what not! (though friends helped me initially, but that was just the initial "surge").
And everything in my life fell back into place without even trying.
The right environment, my friend is key for YOUR success - at anything.
Surround yourself with losers, chances are YOU will turn into one yourself, or at the very least, you'll have to really close your mind to all negativity around you!
Surround yourself with lack, and eventually - unless you FORCE your mind to believe otherwise, all you'll get is lack.
And so forth - same thing for a mindset of plenty.
If you live peacefully, calmy, in an environment you like, chances are you'll succeed in life - make a lot more money - be a lot happier - and so forth - as opposed to if youre in an oppressively horrible environment you HATE.
Unless, of course, you use the setbacks to get angry - and then get not just even - but better!
Most people dont ...
Point of me saying all this?
If your current environment doesn't work for you, my friend, make the change.
Be very unapologetic about doing so as well.
And never let anyone tell you what to do with your life - or how to do it - or issue you ridiculous and retarded ultimatums.
The joke's on them!
I'm out - back soon!
Best,
Rahul Mookerjee
P.S - Those of you that have not yet invested in the world famous 0 Excuses Fitness System - what are you waiting for? Get on the stick NOW.
PS #2 - I was once complaining about living standards. Big time. My wife was like,
"Wel, what do you expect when living amongst animals"!
(Janwaro ke Beech me Rahego to Aisa hi hoga!)
(I think my Hindi translation is corret?)
But thinking about it. She was right!
Why I'll fight serial refunders till the day I DIE (or pass on, hehe)
Rahul MookerjeeBecause some things to me, bro, are "actually" worth more than $$.
Gasp.
I know.
The high ticked fitness books (someone recently told me "Im the most expensive out there!") seller saying that, and he continues to say it.
Especially to bogus fitness so called "experts" talking about feet on his site (Bozo Schofield would love it!) ... but anyway, we'll get to him later.
Actually, I got to him here BEFORE as well ..
But anyway, a couple of years ago, a guy bought 0 Excuses Fitness, and the book on reverse pushups "the best darn exercise ever" (check the testimonials for that, and you'll see just why I called it that - BEFORE - YEARS BEFORE the testimonial was sent my way and put on the site).
Truly "visionary"?
YES!
But anyway, much like I can predict what Bozos will do next, and the future in general through my dreams (would you believe it, the recent and idiotic Fotis Chat mess, and what I'm writing today - all via dreams!! The subconscious, my friend, is where it is at. IF you can use it!)
And no, copying me and just doing it wont work either in that regard. Way too many people try and fail.
Anyway, Tom tomming aside, he bought the books, and for some reason didnt get them through the system (we had a different book delivery system back then which I've since replaced with the ultra, mega reliable system I use NOW).
OK, no problem - he emailed me abou tit, I sent the books in.
They were priced at the time significantly LOWER than what they should have been and are now (I increased price immediately after what happened).
A week later, he got back saynig "he didnt like the books and wanted a refund and showed me some so called puffed and buffed fitness experts he liked more".
I didnt respond to him.
Sure enough, he filed a claim, or chargeback, or whatever it was with Paypal whining.
They didnt support his case, telling him "buyer regret is something we cannot support!"
Sage!
And the same thing, my friend, happened to an extent with Fotis Chat - the case I mentioned here.
It pissed me off big time because I helped the guy with a LOT of free advice - more than I should have!
The deal was I promote him once, and that would be that regardless of anything else.
But I tried to help him.
I gave him advice for free - very valuable advice he ignored.
(And he's still trying to steal customers off this list, despite filing a refund claim or some nonsens eon Paypal).
And yes, he was offered a rate WAY lower than I'd give most people, if at all, to be on a stellar list like this with QUALITY people.
In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if ... but anyway, price aside - here's what really pissed me off.
His dishonesty.
And he ain't the only one.
Bozo Schofield.
Then all the other serial refunders I keep referring to.
It's not so much the cash, its the way they stab you in the back and flat out lie, and I simply cannot take that.
Yes, my time would probably be better served just refunding Bozos who don't deserve it - but I wont do that, and never have.
'Tis a matter of principle to me.
I should have never promoted this clown I did - gut feeling told me not to, and I ignored it, and of course...!
Anyway ...mistake made, learnt, and we move on!
But a note to the "unknowing".
Paypal has as of late got a lot of flak for not supporting people, for deducting money willy nilly from people's accounts and so forth.
But my experience with them has always been different.
True, they're a pain in the ass to get a hold of sometimes.
But once you do get a hold to them, their general level of customer service is far better than you'd think - an actual HUMAN talking to you as opposed to a bot.
Of course, you have to be rational and logical and prove your case.
Which yours truly always does.
To me, it's about the principle, and nothing else!
And I dont just fight these Bozos on this site - I fight them on many others too!
Becaus ethats the right thing to do.
Anyway , that ends this "righteous" (or perhaps moralistic to an extreme, I dont know?) email from me ...
... but remember, do the right thing - truly so - by yourself for your fitness too by investing in the 0 Excuses Fitness System today.
it's truly the best ever!
Best,
Rahul Mookerjee
PS - Do the thing, and you shall have the power. (Emerson)
PS #2 - The guy mentioned above is a THIEF and a liar- unsuccessful at the first, but probably very much so at the second. Do what you will this advice, but it's true!
i.e as I said on the other site, I take back any and all recommendations I made for him and now do NOT recommend him, period. No matter how good or bad his book is! It ain't about that. It's about PRINCIPLE, not business, and I'm sure y'all agree!
(Social SheDia Edit - Some may dismiss this as overly moralistic prattling. So be it! The Smart ones know it's about being a success at life and business -i.e. do the right thing above all, friend!!)
Why I dont like it when a Bozo asks me to leave "5 stars for the feedback"
Rahul MookerjeeRemember a certain Keith James who was jumping up and down about "Raul just wants 5 star reviews"?
(He forgot to mention that I don't own Amazon, and Amazon even allows trolls like Bozo Schofield that have not bought a single book to submit reviews)...
I'm hardly the person to talk to there, hehe, especially after he claimed his first two reviews were "deleted".
According to him "I dont look like I train".
Hmmm....!
Most of the trolling is because I DO look like I train.
And the big pictures will be there where they are, because guess what - YES, big guys CAN do pull-ups.
It's the phat phocks and idiots that cannot.
(or are too lazy too, therefore cannot).
(I did 'em when I was a fat phock, but I'm the exception to the rule for reasons mentioned before) (if YOU are - well, you wouldn't be complaining - if you are, hehe). (and if you are, write back and let m eknow!)
But anyway, I got some meats delivered recently from a store I dont quite like, but used because I had no choice.
Dude shows up.
"Sir, leave feedback", he goes.
Huh?
I was busy writing a tome, and ...
"On the app !! 5 stars!!"
I shook my head - in exasperation.
People just dont get it.
Cross my heart as my little one likes to say, but EVERYONE I've asked for reviews myself - the first thing I tell them is "I dont so much care if they're not 5 star reviews - I care if they're GENUINE reviews".
If they're 5 star, by all means thats great. We all want 'em!
But for me, it's about GENUINE feedback (and no, Bozo like trolling and whining and moaning doesn't count as genuine).
Lik eI said, and like I do, if you talk to me nicely and if it makes sense, I'll always listen.
But anyway, I gave him ZERO feedback - none at all.
I mean, I could have sent this the company's way, but they won't really care.
So I'm telling you ...
And personally, I'm the first to leave a great review for anything if the service was good if I "felt" it if you get my drift.
Yes, I know.
Not everyone is that way!
But I am - and if he just asks me to leave feedback , or had asked, I wouldnt care, and I'd DO It - now, in fact, instead of writing to you.
The fact he's asking me to leave FIVE star feedback is what pisses me off big time.
Why?
Thats the customer's prerogative, my friend.
Anyway ...
How this applies to you is this - LOTS Of you have gotten paperbacks delivered, and haven't left a review - as yet.
Lots of you have gotten the digital books - and have NOT left a review - as yet.
Therefore, please do so!
And thats the message for this one. BAck soon, perhaps with a tome, hehe.
Best,
Rahul Mookerjee
PS - I (unfortunately) suspect the Tome will be required, but lets see!
How Advanced Hill Training - one of my best courses ever - was born!
Rahul MookerjeeWould you believe it if I told you that 0 Excuses Fitness - for one - and all the great courses we do - wasn't born out of years of "conscious" planning?
It might seem incredible, but neither this, nor any of my other ventures (especially not the other venture with 80 plus books - all fiction) were borne "out of conscious planning".
Would you believe it if I told you that one fine day or evening - in bonny China, I was sitting around thinking, and the idea to book the domain - came to me.
I was thinking of doing it HERE on this site - continuing what I started in 2010, and what kept going "stop start" ever since.
But I didnt - and the decision proved, as always to be the right one.
Our decisions that our gut makes on the spur of the moment are born out of CENTURIES of experience if you get my drift.
And years down the line as I sit here, booking MORE domains for all my businesses, I am struck with the truism and "right nature" of what I did that evening - for BOTH businesses (this and the other one).
More sites, more business, more options and so forth.
Anyway, Advanced Hill Training!
So, as I sit here sipping green tea, I'm thinking. Just how did it happen?
Well, I've mentioned the tale of Ann Lee, and how she introduced me to the hill.
I've mentioned how YEARS later, I noticed that weight was flying off me not per day, or per week - but per WORKOUT - and this with the crappiest diet/other schedules (sleep etc) you could imagine.
I was literally, my friend, at the age of 37 plus burning the candle at both ends!
Big time!
My friend from the Marines told me this when we met a couple of days ago.
"Rahul, I've been burning the candle at both ends! Can't keep doing this!"
And as I waited for another 2 AM trip back home, I agreed. Hehe.
We were literally and indeed "drinking it up" every night!
Anyway, I think that was the day when I was dong handstand pushups, and an annoying pink poodle chose that one day to lick me on the VERY tip of my nose, yapping away like those tiny little dawgs "rat dogs" they have in China do.
IT did its thing and ran away.
Of course, me, as I "came down" - it was a struggle not to break my chin!
And I did land with a nasty bump on the floor.
Not quite as nasty as the thumb injury I suffered earlier on that year when the thumb literally popped in and out of its joint . OUCH! (when doing fingertip handstands in freezing cold and rain outside - that story I believe I've mentioned many a times!).
That was by far the most painful thing thats ever happened to me.
I was told to go to a doctor, let it rest, everything of that nature.
I Could barely grip!
And yet, the next day, I was back to doing pushups - fingertip ones at that.
Within a few days, and week at most (it was my birthday in a couple of days - there was no way I Wasn't getting a workout in, thumb or no thumb!) the injury that people told me would NEVER heal - that woul d"always pain in winter" - healed - and how.
Anyway ...
So that day, the chin was bleeding!
And it bled throughout my workout.
I thought of stopping.
I didnt.
Wiped the blood off on my shirt.
You can't see it in the pictures, but it's there, trust me!
And then, out there on the hill, after my Battletank Shoulders workout - right out there smack dab in the middle of Lunar New Year 2018 ...
I was working out. Losing weight by the minute. Heart thumping, pounding, hammering!
And it hit me!
Rahul, this could be a great thing!
And the rest, my friend, with a couple of friendly (although sceptical) security guards who didnt know what the foreign devil was up to - is history.
Truly one of them days it was!
And you can see the crowds looking at me as we film right out there ...
This, my friend is one of the best courses ever.
And you owe it to yourself to get it now.
Do so here.
Best,
Rahul Mookerjee
PS - What a trip down memory lane!! I started the day off RIGHT!
Key word being "convince" ... .
Words have a huge power, my friend.
A short while I wrote about why I love my book being called manuals - and I do!
That email is posted on the other site for reference - do a search, and you'll find it.
But anyway, a long, long time ago at that job, and this is mentioned in the book as well - THAT customer once told me .
"Rahul, YOU are the one that sold it to me!'
True.
I did.
A project that had been sitting for ages, that he had already talked to FOUR other companies first for months, and that yours truly coming on board with less than three people at the office (or in team) got going as soon as I was introduced to the client.
Didnt take but more than a few emails. (and calls).
But note the WORDS he used.
CONVINCE wasn't part of his lexicon - never was.
SOLD was.
There is a reason, and there is a difference.
One requires the other if you have a thinking customer.
Which I want, and have.
The other doesn't require the "other".
I'l llet you figure out which one is which.
But anyway, remember the idiot who showeed up with "Why should I buy your products? can you convince me?" that I wrote about earlier?
"Sir pllsss"
And that sorta thing ...
Well, my answer to him was - and still is - I dont want to.
Why.
Well, think about it.
Dude does a Google, finds me. He's on the list. He's reading my emails.
So he's obviousty there for a reason, no?
And then hes asking me this question as if he's some sort of a dumb Fortune 500 company employer badgering desperate interviewees about "why should we hire you".
To which I often answered, look you dodo. You wouldn't be sitting here having this conversation if you didnt want to hire me, so lets cut the BS already!
They didnt quite like it, hehe. Anything but submissive!
Bozo would probably make the perfect employee for them until of course Dr Hyde or Jekyll shows up ... or a combo.
(He's a highly successful Bozo, remember, hehe).
(definitely the king of trolls, I'll give him that)
But anyway, people that ask me this sort of idiotic things are morons with an inflated sense of self worth.
And they get the above answer.
Only exception being though in cases where I ... which I never do, go "door to door".
Now if I'm knocking on your door, you dont know me from Adam etc ... then YES, I gotta convince YOU.
But thats not how I do business.
I was advised to back in the day.
I never did.
And still don't.
And that, my friends, is how I feel about that.
Anyway, the best thing you can do for yourself right now is get the Rolls Royce of Fitness - the entire package, oh, and ...
BEFORE I FORGET!
Some clowns have been complaining about price as usual.
"Sir pplss can be less price"
No, It can't.
And other than all the obvious friggin reasons, I just did up a "inflation check" on the price.
And currently, I should be selling the 0 Excuses Fitness System for $455, not the $249.99 its currently offered at ... (remember, thats TWO great books, FIVE spectacular, mind blowing vidoes like you've NEVER EVER SEEN BEFORE - with exercises done only like I can teach - results that are MINDBLOWING (see testimonials) .. and NO shipping for you paperback guys (those that choose that option!)).
And if people still complain about price, well ...
It boggles the mind.
How people cannot THINK.
I mean, inflation is a real thing, my friend ... I dont see why it wouldn't apply HERE?
And for those complaining about price when I've not even charged you the entire price as I should, almost half, well, then I got ONE thing to say.
Please leave.
And I'll hold the door open for ya!
Rest of you, well, you KNOW what to do, hehe.
Best,
Rahu lMookerjee
PS - There is a reason I'm called the MASTER of my craft. Get the product above for one, implement, and you'll see why very soon.
Why you should wait for the Bozos to back their shyt up
Rahul MookerjeeThis isnt really a "Bozo" email, so relax, but there are parallels yes.
But anyway, on Pinked In, a lady just shared some unbelievable video of a white dude (big beefy gorilla sort, sort of like he was in the Marines or something (physical build and voice etc)) harassing a black dude (a funny looking tiny little guy) and tellin ghim to "walk out of the neighborhood because he didnt want people like that there" (or his wife didnt, apparently, by the yelling going on in the background).
Now, for reference, this black dude was part of an interracial family where lady is black, husband is white, and after all this happened they were found to be in violation of their housing contract for some inane God forsaken reason, and the president of the housing association complained about "people looking different coming in an out of your house" or some wacko stuff.
Clearly these people were BOZOS of the highest order.
Lady took it to the powers that be.
Good on her!
And "President of the HOA" or what not got canned promptly and I'm sure apologies etc were forthcoming, much as in the infamous Delhi Police VS Rahul Mookerjee case in 2009 ... (in that case, kudos to the wife for sticking it out in court alongside me) (and being brave enough to GO to court in first place).
But anyway, black dude at no point challenged the other guy, tho he could have, at least verbally.
He was polite as ever!
And of course, won later.
Classic example of "lose the battle, win the war" (and given the dude is in the Army apparently, a Seargant of all things and the military is doing ALL it can to stamp out such things - well - I'm sure his higher ups would have given him an earful!).
But it brings to mind 2000, when I watched the Bourne Identity in a movie theater with my girlfriend.
Had to take a leak in the middle of the movie.
Walked down the aisle, and politely asked black dude sitting there to move his feet so I could "walk" out of the aisle.
He glowered at me.
Being the great guy I am I ignored his glower and walked over his feet anyway, since he wasn't moving.
I didnt walk ON them, but damn near happened, I mean, think about it, darkened movie theater and all that ...
After the movie, we saw him again with an older black lady, who looked the other way.
"What are you looking at" black dude yelled at me.
Huh, I thought.
I stared at him. Not saying a word.
Soon, he left, and so did we.
I remember a white couple that were in the theater with us watching the same movie telling me later ... "You should have asked him "or what else"".
In other words, she was saying I should have told him "I was looking at him and to stop acting like an ass, and what he'd do about it" and what not ...
Then before I went up to NY, I remember a prime "Gorilla" - this was the biggest nutjob of the lot here hollering up a storm outside the Jim about how "we dont want ragheads in the US!"
LOL.
I stared at him, and almost burst out laughing, it was so stupid, I didnt even feel offended inititally.
"What are you staring at", dude hollered.
Then he made off to the JIm to pump and tone.
My friend was pissed . Big time. So much so that we made it to campus police with a complaint, but being I was going to NY the next day, I didnt file formal charges.
(personally, I could care less)
Cop went into the JIm and then no doubt gave him an earful.
My point being, in both these cases?
Wait and watch. Hehe.
If either one of those two guys had escalated, I'd have done so too, and probably in a far more brutal manner.
Until then though, I've always figured, hide your strengths and bide thy time ..
BLACK MAMBA!
Same thing with life, and fitness.
The blowhards usually blow up a storm, but when push comes to shove, they are NOWHERE to be seen .
With fitness, same thing.
People talk a big game, but end of the day, results?
A lot of times, you'll see the belly hasn't reduced one bit, and neither have the strength levels gone up any ...
(and neither have the phat phocks who deride pullups as being easy and "we can't do them because were big, not fat" do them either).
Moral of the story being, if you gotta bluster, be ready to back your talk up, and be sure you're in the right first.
Else, you'll just end up looking like an ape, goon, buffoon or something equally hilarious.
Bozos of colors, as you can see, hehe, and creeds too!
And, plenty of ways to react ...
Anyway, I'm out.
Pick up the Rolls Royce of Fitness right HERE.
Best,
Rahul Mookerjee
PS - This reminds me of the "1000 yard stare" Rambo does to the SAS guy in Rambo IV, hehe, which pisses the latter off no end "I've seen it all before"!
What old bosses and customers both said - the exact same words!
Rahul MookerjeeYesterday, I wrote about employers - both those I liked - and got along with like a house on fire (at least initially, hehe, before it "all fell apart as it always does" - Bourne was the best!! Ill say that till the day I pass on!) - and the Bozo sorts that asked retarded and ridiculous questions.
This morning, I remembered something interesting ...
Back in the day, at THAT job where I made all them sales "seemingly" out of the blue, willy nilly?
Well, we were dealing with a particularly tough client at one point (but I'll always thank him - oddly enough his name is John too - one of my great customers from the UK is named John too - but anyway, "client" John as I'll call him was a great guy).
Probably a guy you'd love to sit down with and drink a beer or two, as I'm sure most of my customers are (definitely John in the UK with his love for hard training, and "Stellas", hehe).
But client John was a TOUGH negotiator, and great story teller.
He probably met his match in me, as (later on) he told me "Rahul, you sold me when no-one else could!"
That was Rahul at the age of 26, still "raw" in the art of selling, but I've done it unconsciously since I was born - I've just refined and gone to a higher level now!
And I learned a hell of a lot from dealing with that client who didnt pay us a cent until we DID what he asked us to (I can understand his point of view - way too many times you send money, get ripped off etc and so forth).
Some of us just do it naturally, tho ...
And it was during a meeting with the boss in which we were going to decide if we were going to "keep" the client (he was giving us hell, but he was right!) that it happened.
I wanted to keep the client - and GET the job done - because I truly believed that if we could handle him - we could handle anything.
Much like the 20 odd list in 2010 - I believed if I coul get THOSE poverty condtioned minds to rise up - anything was and is possible!
Operations didnt want it. I can understand why, hehe.
Neither did "General De Facto" (though I think he was tilting more towards wanting it as I convinced him).
But, as operations said.
"The boss is on Rahul's side!"
He was (at the time).
I advised him to keep the client, and he replied with, well, WE took him on - so WE need to get this done.
He was right. Spot on. But what I am referrig to here is this - I sent offf one of those longgggg emails to the client.
The boss left our office, and went to his which was a five minute or so drive (10 maybe) away from ours.
And by the time he was seated at HIS desk, he saw the email from me!
A long email which I dont know, most would have taken at least 30 minutes or so to do.
And I dont know as my friend and "General De Facto" told me later.
"There's been no-one that can bang out emails quite that fast as Rahul!"
It's strange.
I always had the tools. But never the REAL confidence to go it on my own - if I had done that THEN - you'd probably be wearing 0 Excuses FItness T shirts by now, hehe. And thats something that will happen too in the very near future - so stay TUNED.
(Currently, the physical shop link is DISABLED on the other site - well, it's not disabled, but its hidden. We're selling teas there. But I plan on selling T shirts soon - and with everythign else going on - that will happen too very soon - stay tuned!)
(I've got the design in mind already and am working on it as we speak).
(When it's time, you'll see it!)
But anyway, thats what John (a customer who ordered the Fast and Furious ORIGINAL book - it's the original , which is what makes it different. Although it's mostly the same as 0 Excuses Fitness (well, the latter has more on pushups and nothing on dips I believe, while the former DOES have dips - and the latter doesnt have some of the exercises the former does, and vice versa) - overall, I'd say mostly the same - but it's different big time!) said yesterday.
(And it's different because it's the FIRST book I wrote, thats the FIRST edition that was EVER printed, and other than the reasons above (different exercises etc) - it's special, therefore a Collector's Edition and we have TWO left right now, so if you want in - jump NOW - because these will not last forever and I will not be printing this edition again).
"Mate, I can't keep up with all the other emails!"
"I've forgotten how fast your brain must work. In the time it took me to send you one email, you've sent me five!"
True.
I'm high energy, high octane.
I've always been that way.
And I dont plan on changing any time soon, hehe.
Anyway, thats the blast from now. To get on the sort of workouts that keep me in this sort of shape both mentally and physically - well - the Rolls Royce is YOUR ticket, friend.
Get on the program now.
BEst,
Rahul Mookerjee
PS - The other workouts I do during the day, between emails etc? Lots and lots of squats (my hamstrings are sore today from 250 I pumped out, oddly enough while writing JOhn emails. Never an excuse!) - and workouts out of Animal Kingdom Workouts - a book you really must grab if you're REALLY and truly serious about your fitness and conditioning.
PS #2 - Only two copies of the collector's edition left for Fast and Furious Fitness, so if you want in, jump NOW in that regard (I know, I said it before, but I've been guilty of saying it less in the past, so I'm making up for lost time, hehe).
PPS - Took me around 7 minutes to tai-pe out this probably Tai-Po ridden 1000 odd words. . .
PPS #2 - While linking the books above, I remembered something. Dips are a great workout, and I've been meaning to write more about them too. I haven't written much AT ALL (other than whats in the book above I believe) ... but I need to (and will) rectify this in the near future - stay tuned!
High ENERGY - high OCTANE - and if the emails OVERWHELM - YOU!
Rahul MookerjeeI get it, bro!
I sure do, hehe.
With y'all having signed up for ONE email a day, if even that (going by what most gurus do) - and I send you lengthy dispatches damn near every hour, I can sometimes feel people saying.
Oh boy!
Here he goes again, hehe.
Much like my buddy from the Marines once told me about something different.
"Its overwhelming!"
Indeed it is, but I've always been this way. Hehe. And thats further credit to my workouts - but it's me, who I am, really.
I as I just told a customer that bought Fast and Furious Fitness, am from the Donald Trump (inspired, but by no means "owned" or pioneered by him - him and me would both give Napoleon Hill and others the credit, and Hill would too! You PASS it one! As michael once told me. it's a roundabout, Rahul! Amen!) school of HIGH ENERGY - HIGH OCTANE!
Trump did on Shitter before the idiots kicked him off it.
And now he's got his own website, so I'm sure he'll be blogging etc pretty soon. He's too astute a marketer NOT To, to be honest...
Difference of course is Twitter is like 140 characters and my emails are like 700 -1000 words each. Hehe.
I should try and keep things pithy, but the doers love hearing from me, and I give 'em what they want!
But anyway ...
So if you've emailed me, and I send you about FIVE email befor eyou reply (remember, sometimes thoughts come to mind randomly - and I just write!) - dont worry.
Just reply to whichever comes in first or last. So long as you read 'em all, and get back to me and so long as your replies get to me, that is what matters!
Now, to end this one off - a short one for now.
There are only TWO copies (three, actually, but I'm going to keep one for myself) - for Fast and Furious Fitness - the COLLECTOR's EDITION.
We are selling out FAST - makes me wonder why I didnt promote this much last month, hehe (but I was too caught up with Profound Handstands etc and the behemoth on combating and more Nazi feminism and what not...) ...
So if you want IN - take action NOW. I dont think these wil be around come next week!
And thats that from me.
Back soon!
Best,
Rahul Mookerjee
PS- Also, for ALL you buyers - the email you get after purchase WILL contain a review link - in the past you emaile dme directly - NOW, you can just use the link - it will be auto posted to the site somewhere w.r.t the purchase you made. It'll also keep Bozos like Keith James away that claim I "remove -ve reviews" or some BS. First thing you know, I couldnt do that anyway, this Bozo thinks I'm Jeff Bezos though, hehe, which is not a bad comparison so I guess I should b happy int hat regard. But anyway, Tai Pos aside, I've set it up so that even yours truly cannot modify reviews sent in via that link - so do use it!
As always - to the DOERS - and those that stepped up to the plate and took action and are doing so now - THANK YOU!
I'l share a story now from 2010, I believe ... back when Fast and Furious Fitness was LAUNCHED!
Back when I had very little marketing experience (remember, everything I learnt was in the trenches), and while yes, I DID work at THAT company where I made all those sales, remember that was a different beast.
Over here, my own product,s my own books, my own everything.
I won - and I lost.
Truly my own show, and it takes guts to run on your own steam with all the negativity abounding, my friend. Trust me on this one.
This ain't about my guts though which some people love and can't get enough of, and others (a lot more) absolutely hate and despise with a passion bar none.
It's about a tiny little list of 20 or so I started off with - most people on that list were NOT buyers.
Now, you can email people all yo uwant, but if theyre not buyers, and have no intention of every buying, you as the biz owner is just pissing into the wind "hoping".
(Hence my occasional reminders to the same sort of people that might be "lurking" on my list NOW - a humungous one compared to "20").
(but no, it ain't a million strong list and I probably wouldn't want a list that large for various reasons anyway)
Anyway, these people (at least 5 or 6 of them very opnely) would come out and say "they were just in for the free stuff".
If it was now, I'd have simply deleted 'em.
Back then, I probably should have too. It would have saved me a lot of hassle!
But I wouldn't have learned what I know about that sorta thing NOW.
Everything I tell YOU, as you can see, my friend is solid and comes from being in the trenches. Fitness, life, everything!
It just flat out works and is true. No why's (well, no idiotic why's).
So anyway ...
In 2019, a lady I worked with briefly Venus approached me about ... of all things, cuckolding her husband.
Dont ask me why or how, because If I detail it here, I'm sure to get more inquiries from Bozos about sex toys and the like.
But basically, and here is what is pertinent, this dame (lovely dame admittedly) was interested in one thing first and foremost - MONEY.
"Money is more important than man!"
So it wasn't especially hard for me to keep the conversation to the former.
During the October holiday that year, I asked her in jest about goal #2.
She sent me a picture of herself, another lady I knew, and two men (the husbands).
I worked with the two ladies, so I knew them. I didnt know the men from Adam, so I asked, and she told me.
Thats it, I asked jokingly.
"I know", she giggled, remembering the conversation.
"But thats all I have now!"
This girl was a smart girl if nothing else.
And this philosophy was what I used back then ...
While building up, I figured "if thats all I had" - indeed as many do, starting from scratch, then why not make a positive out of it?
Why not make it a goal to sell to these people despite their mindset?
Yes, it didnt happen overnight.
Yes, I lost MORE than a few battles - but I WON the war, and Gautam, a great customer from India was one of the lot that came from that initial list, I believ e(or close to it).
I figured hey, thats all I have - but if I can sell to THEM - I can sell to anyone!
Truly an education in selling - another education - and I'm glad I got it, hehe.
And my education, of course is by no means over, but for those that found me or type in the following search word on the site "sales in any economy" - well - get the book NOW without any further procastination (the majority of the list here is for fitness, but some of you aren't - you know who you are!).
So thats a bit of a tale for you.
I never did redirect Venus to the "other site" where her other "interests" are discussed.
But, maybe I should have. Hehe.
But this is a lesson for EVERYONE - especially during these so called tough times.
Roll with what you got - make the best of it - and watch how the HEAVENS ultimately open up for you!
Best,
Rahul Mookerjee
PS - It is in THAT Spirit that the 0 Excuses Fitness books - and especially the videos were created.
NO-ONE was willing to do the videos for me, except Cindy, and she had no experience - I speak very little Chinese, and she even less English.
And yet, did we DO IT?
Truly no limits when you want to get something done!!
PS #2 - And remember, the Collectors edition of Fast and Furious Fitness is down to the last FOUR copies (or 3, I should say). Geez, I keep forgetting to mention it. If you want it, jump on it NOW. (that particular eidition will never be reprinted).
