Success

Success (162)

Saturday, 09 July 2022 11:30

Never say die, my friend.

Or, the word "never". I cannot point out the number of times I've said "never" - in fact, even in terms of China - and there bang I am a few months down the line - back in good ole Chna. The Middle King(k) dom, as they say, NO pun intended!

But this isn't about kink, it's about keeping the spirit ALIVE, not just alive, but kicking.

What am I referring to, you might ask.

Well, as the majority of the world drifts more towards pessimism and doom and gloom than ever before, NOW is as good a time as any for me to say this - especially given the backdrop of looming war everywhere (please dont say I did not warn you WELL in advance, hehe) - as I get done with 100 squats, 10  pull-ups, and a few lumberjack swings, and thick bar work - as I'm fixing to get BACK to it soon - "never say die".

It's true, my friend.

In the vast majority of cases, even those you might consider seemingly hopeless, there is ALWAYS, I repeat, ALWAYS something you can do - though often times, that something might not be easy at all to spot.

Napoleon Hill's story in Outwitting the Devil of following his gut, spending money he didnt have on a fancy hotel - having faith he'd FIND the right financier - illustrates this perfectly when he says he "gave up all hope" and paused to rest (not in those words, but that is the gist) after being EXHAUSTED after doing but think, and search for the better half of a day and a half for the right person, not to be able to find it.

... then in a flash, VOILA!

Against all odds, the name came to him - much like the plan to go Philly did.

You'll have to read the book for more - again, I get nothing from that. YOU DO!

It's one of Hills lesser known books, so controversial in his time they didnt even publish it till years after the great man passed on.

He still lives - through his books, the most well known of which is Think and Grow Rich, but thats hardly the one I admire the most, though its a gem and masterpiece in itself.

Anyway.

Many times, business wise I've logically "all but given up".

Situations have seemed UTTERLY hopeless sometimes, literally so.

Yet, I found it in in me to keep the faith and keep going "one more round" as Rocky says!

One more round is indeed what makes ALL The difference!

And the way Ive done it is by knowing there is ALWAYS something I can do - and you can do.

Now, some idiots will no doubt (and this has happened!) get back with history about the Holocaust and other horrors from the past and say "what in those situations"?

Well, sorry to break the news to you - but SOME people survived even back then in the direst of circumstances.

Human spirit can only be broken if you LET it be broken.

Most would prefer to bitch, moan and give up at the slightest hint of misfortune, which is fine, hence ... well, do I need to say more?

But those that survived even in those horrible circumstances - I'll bet they did what they had to do at any cost.

I'll bet they never gave up - even when they didnt know it - in their MINDS.

Far too FEW people are willing to do what it really takes, to keep going aganist all odds.

I'm proud to note I'm one of the very few in that regard.

And YES, despite what people say about "not everyone has that capacity!" - well, I'm sorry to tell you, but thats a false statement if there ever was one - we aint talking beer drinking capacity here for one, hehe, which admittedly not many can match my prowress at.

We're talking gumption, a quality ANYONE can build and develop if they choose to.

Look at the strongman with no legs and an upper body most people can only dream of - I'm sure you know the dude? Hes been going viral all over Twitter and such ... even wechat in China!

Fitness wise, same thing.

There is always something you can do, if you WANT To do it, and if you DO - the second being KEY, the first COMES.

If you dont DO - nothing will happen despite your best intentions my friend - if you combine pure, solid, utter DESIRE with DOING - that is when and how mountains literally MOVE for you, both life wise and fitness wise and in every regard.

Do what you will with that message - but it's all very true.

And - rememeber - my workouts, the WIDE panpoloy of workouts I give you in the 0 Excuses Fitness System make sure even the most ardent of doers and the laziest of lazy phockers - have something to do - anyday, everyday, anytime, any place.

Get on this system NOW - truly the best and most RESULTS producing.

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - IF inspiration of this sort is your thang, all my books are for you but specifically Zero to Hero! - and Gumption Galore!. Trust me on this one, friend.

When the going gets tough, the TOUGH truly get going.

DO you have it in you?

Only you can answer that question - if so - welcome ABOARD!

An old, wise, and TRUE Napoleon Hill saying goes as such -

Failure is a trickster with a keen sense of irony and cunning. It takes great delight in tripping one up when success is almost within reach.

It's so true!

In fact, the way I say "old man failure" in this post is also his writing speaking to you NOW.

There are so many similariities between his life and mine - right down to the sexual transmutation, to the making of a business from scratch - to the "doing what I was truly meant to in one way or the other whether I consciously wanted to or not" to unsupportive family - to many, many other things including travel - and his physcial workouts i.e. walking 10 miles daily, usually UPHILL if he could, that I wonder if I'm Hill reincarnated.

Given what people say about me and my ethnicity, despite "facts" seeming otherwise - I might well be!

But anyway - the above quote.

So true.

Ive seen so many times when people think they've got it made in biz - slack off - it all comes tumbling down to WORSE than what it was when they started.

Lesson learnt?

Sometimes, it's something people can't avoid.

Sometimes, it's other things.

I've had a combo of all the above, yes, including the first - happen to me not once - but multiple times.

Remember, it's a privelege to be at the top.

It can all be taken away, and some day, the wheel WILL Turn - in the meantime, what you can do?

Is to keep working at it.

Is to keep being prepared.

Sometimes, failures are inevitable - indeed, if you're a real doer that succeeds on his own, you wont make it without 99 failures and that ONE big hit - period.

Life, business, relationships, customers, all holds true.

That ONE , that 10% as Sylvester Stallone likes to say about his life "90% being a mistake" - makes all the damn difference.

And it does!

Not many get it - that is why not many truly succeed at the highest levels.

Anyway - this isn't a life coaching class...

But it applies to your fitness too.

I cannot tell you the number of times I thought "I didnt need to do anything more" - or slack off - and all came tumbling down there too.

You have to keep working at it - period.

If someone like Bruce Lee could walk around all day with a dumbbell despite his elite status - what makes you think YOU can't - or shouldn't - do your own equivalent?

Keep trying to break another barrier.

Keep aiming higher.

Keep pulling that chin up higher over the pull-up bar.

Keep getting DEEPER stretches in on pushups, more squats ................. and the list goes on!

As Claude Bristol rightly said in the Magic of Believing

"Success is a fickle bird, the minute you rest on your laurels is the minute it takes wings and flies away".

Amen, I should say.

Lesson learnt for all readers, I hope.

End of "sermon".

Back soon (but that sermon BE true).

BEst,

Rahul Mookerjee

I remember an incident back in the day when we were standing outside ... well, I believe the Math building in college.

I believe we just got done with Calculus class, a class I used to ACE half - or totally drunk -much to the chargin and annoyance of those (majority of the class) that attempted it sober - and flunked, or got D's or what not.

I still remember chugging the Beast Ice before the exam, I still remember a certain Dr K telling me not to take Mickey Mouse classes, and we were standing outside talking about something - Vincent, he of the Italian pizza, hehe (interesting how all the people I know named Vincent, including a good friend of mine - ex Marine - are either Scots or Italians by descent, and they ALL love pizza like ME, hehe) (and beer too!) - Bruce - and myself.

"Sand Nigger", went Vincent, chortling when asked "about names for me" or something.

That floored me - for an instant.

I wasn't offended.

Well, for an instant I THOUGHT about being mildly offended. I tried. REally.

"But he's not racist", went Bruce, with one of his smiles.

I couldn't help but chortle either! Hehe.   (I'm chortling now thinking of PC fools saying "just because he has a friend of a different origin doesnt mean he's not racist. True, Schofield uses that excuse all the time, you fools, but not everyone is Schofield - though most PC sorts are somewhat tolerant of his ilk).

Today, if that same thing had been said to me - I'd ask him for more such names. Hehe.

He's a good friend till this date, and that was all fun and games to us - not to most I suspect, and I'm posting this here precisely so some PC idiots get pissed off. Hehe.

Anyway, this here sandy nikka...

And sand, and mud, and so forth.

The Bozo used to troll me and still does with that name. I love it, he doesnt so much anymore. LOL.

But they both have interesting properties!

The ancient Indian wrestlers for one did Hindu squats in the "akharas" - the mud pits where as I teach you in the 0 Excuses Fitness System, their fingers scraped the ground as they went down - all the way down - no puns - on EACH repetition.

EACH - no exceptions!

And when you do it you'll know what I mean.

And they scraped up mud - supposedly holy the akhara mud is in the Hindu religion if I have it right - and slapped mudfuls on their chests - burly and muscular - with each rep.

Quite a good massage too that! (self massage).

And great recovery for sore chests - not to mention the theraupetic properties mud and sand have.

Now I teach you to do the squats somewhat differently, as you guys know.

But you can do it that way too, and in the future I'll have videos of yours truly Gorilla slapping his chest with each rep. Hehe. It will be in Squat 101 too!

But for now, why do I bring this here dispatch to you?

Well, because of this simply - sand and mud - and WATER - are GREAT great tools for workouts!

Brooks Kubik once back in the day had THIS to tell me when I told him about the workouts I did lugging huge bottles of water up in each hand to my fourth floor apartment (ala the Chinese middle aged "tiny pocket dynamos" who did it!) ...

"Fill them up with sand when it gets harder!"

And he was right.

Not only that, you dont need sandbags - or beer kegs filled with sand for a great, great workout - although that heavy to move weight is TOUGH as heck - believe me, it's one thing to lift a heavy dumbbell that you can at least grip, its quite another to lift up a massive moving ODD shaped object (Lumberjack Lodestone Fitness!).

ANIMAL movements can be done in these too - and EVERY bear crawl, every duck waddle, EVERY sprint - will be made much harder if you're doing it on sand - or in mud - or in water!

My wife when she was a kid was put through her paces in the FIELDS by her father. Hehe. Every morning at 5AM sharp.

I put myself through the paces at 530 sharp on the hill.

And Animal Kingdom Workouts while offering you flexibility on the when and where does NOT allow you any flexibility in terms of putting you through your PACES, period, bro (or sis). (or in between).

Grab this award winning book now, and start to whip yourself into the best shape of your life - either on flat land or otherwise!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Readers of this book (buyers) heads up - in the future we'll have special dispatches, but only on the website for YOUR EYES - NOT for the public. So, grab this book NOW if you have not already.

There isn't anything necessarily wrong with being on the other side of the spectrum either. The vast majority of the people in the world are just that, followers!

Hey, takes all types. And leaders would have no-one to lead without the followers.

Where would 0 Excuses be without the famous Ship for that matter. hehe.

(but it's true - no kidding there!).

Without a bunch of devoted, almost fanatical followers who will buy what you have to sell, who will promote you for free, even without trying to, give you glowing testimonials, hang on to your every word - well, all of that might sound a bit "cultish" and dictatorial or "fealty" to you.

Truth being told?

All successful businesses have droves of these people with them.

And all successfull businesses know how to sell to them.

It's funny, these days I keep reading about how "Trump doesnt own MAGA", or how GOP Primary Elections: Results Show Trump's MAGA Movement Isn't All About Him - Bloomberg  - "it isn't all about Trump", and Trump isn't God, or so forth.

Funny part is they're marketing him without even trying to or wanting to. Hilarious!

I had to restrict myself to this on Twitter...

People truly GET it so LATE. Hehe. Thats why leaders remain leaders, and followers remain followers. Obviously he doesnt own the "brand", he said it like it is, exploited feeling like any canny marketer, myself most def. included should - all there is to it!

I can just hear ole Donald cackling away with that canny look ...

Hey.

Trump never claimed to be God, or even believe in it. (or "him", or "her", or the concept).

Trump, I suspect would agree with me on Universal Energy and not believing in the concept of God.

And I dont know anywhere where he said he "owned" Maga, or trademarked it or what not...

It is simply people looking to profit off his name and popularity- which I always predicted would "vain" (hehe) to a degree given he was removed from Twitter (unfairly) - but more importantly  - well, people have short memories.

If you were to ask him, and indeed, someone DID ask him - what if you dont win (in 2020).

Touchy subject I know that with the Trumpinator... but he simply replied "ok, so I'll do something else".

Which is what I'd expect from Trump i.e. an honest straight answer, and he gave it, and he's doing just that now i.e.
something else.

I've predicted for years the base would move on - it was common sense, no-one believed me.

Certain people like a certain Ricky still think "No-one can pull a crowd like Trump does!"

Not true, my friend.

Ron De Santis is one that can.

And if he were to do it, my man for the next Presidency, Mike Pompeo could probably pull the biggest group of them all that truly matter - the rational right.

And I dont mean the rabid sort either...

I mean the RATIONAL AND THINKING SORT!

We attract as we are, my friend. This holds true no matter what.

Anyway .........

Ive predicted so many things years in advance (such as the major war fixing to happen which people still laugh at me when I mention it as if it "can't happen to them" except now it's a laugh which speaks "I wish I could avoid it, but I can't, so might as well pretend it doesnt exist" - nah, newsflash, folks sticking your head in the sand aint how its done - unless your Bozo "Cuck in London" Schofield (he's got pictures of himself trying to touch his fat little toes on Twitter, to show his "you know what". Ugh!) -- - things which people laugh at, say could never happen, yet, down the line they do.

Things that are basic common sense to me - spur of the moment - take people light years to even begin to grasp.

And that, my friend - if you've been paying attention is how you spot a leader in any field who cannot be kept down for long, and Trump remains one of them.

Yours truly does too, of course, I'm sure someday you'll have people complaining "hes not the God of pushups".

Or isometrics.

Or pull-ups.

Or what not/

Hey.

I never claimed to, and am ultra - pun intended - liberal - in terms of giving credit, I probably give more than it's due, but whatever.

As Marc, the African Silverback Gorilla once said...

It comes back to me!

True dat, friend. We all get on the roundabout (Michael!).

Speaking of which that silly thing they've got going on about how guns should be restricted - glad to see that fail today!

And what goes around comes around, so yeah, I'm sure I'll have people at some point telling me that, and then I'll direct them to THIS post.

Alrighy, enough tom tomming for now.

Get your hands on the 0 Excuses Fitness System NOW - truly makes leaders out of men (and women).

In all ways possible!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

I almost put the term "Ma'am" in there. Hehe.

But she's damn good at what she does!

And she, my friends, has finally got me to do something which I would probably never have done despite signing up for - a VIDEO platform (she works there) which basically is a video marketing tool etc that you sign up for, people send you videos, and so forth.

I'm still not sure how they make a buck off it, probably signups and all that.

But she's been egging me on to send the "request video" link to "my list".

I wanted to do it which is why I signed up for their service in the first place, but ...

... ya'll know how much I do NOT like videos. Hehe.

I dont know, I'm old fashioned that way, I hate video calls more than most other things - and so forth.

Same thing for vidoes, athough I made a half hearted attempt to get on Youtube last year, I stopped doing it, I just didnt enjoy it much.

Nothing against if you like it, but some of us (like Ben Settle, who recently stopped doing videos too - just AUDIO podcasts now) prefer to "remain cloaked in darkness": - and let our work and writing do the talking.

It seems to do so pretty well too.

But anyway - women can be really smart at times!

Yes, considering what I've written in the past and NO, I do NOT take any of that back - all warranted - that might come across as strange, but y'all know me, I'm fair above all.

And man, woman, or in between, if they get it, they get it. Period. (no pun).

She does.

She's been "badgering" me - except so nicely it seems like a friend talking to you (kinda like my emails pestering you to buy, buy, buy - except I do it so obviously and nicely that you can't resist and you dont get pissed off by it, heh).

And she's been relentless. Like me.

And she doesnt let up. Like me.

And she knows, like I do, that staying in touch is key - and the more you ask, the more you'll get.

Which is true!

Repetition of the same chant, the same incantations, the same affirmations leads to BELIEF, once that belief becomes a deep seated conviction, things begin to HAPPEN!

And it finally did, Celena "Ma'am" - if I might say so.

Hey, she's god - good, lol - at what she does!

I dont know if it's natural, but I bet it is. (again, sorta like me).

Which is why I like the lady, which is why I'm sharing this video link to YOU Guys - here it is - https://sendspark.com/request/Rolls-Royce-Publications-Incorporated/d4rwjmq7mlnz7b1ckdlx92xxplt931b0

Use it.

Upload some of your training videos, send 'em to me via that link, and I'll put you on the DOERS page which isnt up as yet, but will be shortly once we get a substantial amount of "contributions" to put on there.

I'm still not sure which site to put it on - Rolls Royce Publications got a new site yesterday, my other hosting account where another site is due wont let me login (ugh), and then we have this site, and of course 0 Excuses Fitness

I suspect I'll fit it in the latter. We'll see!

But send 'em- hey - if nothing else, to see what else Celena can relentlessly ask me.

But really, she does it in such a nice manner - it isn't even nagging. But she does it anyway - she keeps asking!

And, as I told her today ... hehe.

Hi Celena,

Thanks for your email (again!). I’m so glad you got a “positive vibe” coming off my words, that is always my intention when writing to someone, business or not (or “communicating with anyone”, I should say).

Unfortunately I have been remiss in that I still have not found a good way to “broach” the video issue to a lot of my list -they’re always “on” social media etc, but more the silent majority that just “silently reads” etc, so it’ll take some doing to get them to send me videos. Hehe.

I’ll get it done eventually tho. That “silent majority” is ultimately what converts the bank tho, as I’m sure you know!

Thanks again for your emails on this one and for “keeping this at the front of my mind” (in a nice way, haha) – much appreciated!

Most ladies are pretty good at "reminding" - I am being polite. Hehe.

but, she's good at doing it smartly.

Hats off Ma'am - lets see who sends us what!

Best,

 Rahul Mookerjee

PS - Everyone featured on the DOERS page gets a $50 discount coupon - flat discount. So hurry, get your videos in, this page is LONG overdue.

PS #2 - That link I sent above can be used to send me video TESTIOMONIALS as well - now THAT I'm sure most of you dont mind doing! So lets get to it.

Yuh-YES!

And in most cases, that is also why I say it like is - yet another reason - why I put 'myself' out there, which most people CANNOT handle - raw and unfiltered.

Most people need to hear it like it is.

I have lost track of the number of people who can dish it out - but when the shoe is on the other foot, they go "silent" and wont listen.

Happened recently with my friend Ricky, when I told him a few home truths, he instantly put me on "block" on his IM - which is otherwise always open to calls (of course, no texts and audios, because he doesnt prefer it - I made an exception in his case from my own very rigid "NO calls" policy I have, but eventually that dam was bound to burst, and it did).

Ricky will probably get over it.

But on the list, on another business of mine, the first thing I check in the mornings when I wake up ain't necessarily the number of sales.

It's the unsubscribes and nasty emails Iget. Hehe.

Yes, you heard me.

I actually enjoy these more than you'd think - reasons?

Well, first off, they lead to more sales.

Which in itself is a mind bender for most people, but if you know how to use peoples negativity against them - Bozo Glyn being one prime example and his alter on Amazon (after getting blocked twice) "Keith James" - but they ain't the only ones - it literally makes the cash register ring and often instantaneously - has happened to me EVERY time without fail.

So much so that I feel JOY upon getting a negative review as well!

Not it it's logically written out or warranted, of course, that is genuine feedback, I'm referring to idiotic trolling of the nature ya'll saw in the last emai Isent you.

Back to it though - unsubscribes, you'd think ("especially these days" I hear people saying) - people would be shit scared of them, right?

Not really.

I never was either, though admittedly I didnt know why I wasn't before, I just did it via gut.

But today, if you were to ask me?

Many people ask me why I delete people outright off my list, off my wechat, my life, everything.

No second chances, they ask?

Well, second chances work sometimes - there is no one size fits all, but in a biz like "dis here"?

When people leave, it's usually because they cannot handle my brutally frank nature, they can't handle facts, they can't handle warranted criticism - and most of all, of course, they can't stomach the idea of someone selling to them daily.

Gasp, how dare I "sell"!!!!!!! That aggressive evil, me!

But I do.

And won't stop doing it - as far as "times are concerned", to me, it's men's thinking that shapes times, and there ain't nothing different about today than there was 10 years ago, except the BS human beings have created with their own negative thoughts, happens every few decades or so eh. HA!

Now, I suppose I could segement them into another list, send them flowery emails about "please tell me why you left" and such ...

I'm not saying that won't work for others.

But for me, I've found if people leave for those reasons, it's best to say bye permanently, otherwise it will keep rankling - both for them and you.

Something better will replace it - both for you- and them. Trust me, I've seen it happen all the time!

Last, though I'm sure there are other reasons - TORPOR of any nature is something Rahul Mookerjee cannot stand, never has.

If it's boring, ain't nothing happen, chances are nothing will sales wise or in your life either.

I'd rather people leave a list than sit on it and do nothing. At least they're taking SOME action!

And same thing workout wise, if people get on my workouts , then decide they're too tough or whatever, writ eback saying "I'll get to it later" or so forth - in most cases, I want nothing more to do with these people, because they dont get it, and likely never will.

Maybe an odd gem or two amongst the rabble, but thats the extent of it, I've found.

Anyway.............

A lot of you reading this here email have been fence sitters in terms of purchases.

And it's time to shape up or ship out - if you're only on here for free emails, please leave - no hard feelings, my friend .

If you're a doer, by all means stay - after you PROVE yourself to be.

And thats that.

Back soon!

Best,

Rahul  Mookerjee

PS - If you havent yet grabbed the world famous 0 Excuses Fitness System that is rocking people's lives and whacking them into the best damned shape of their lives, get on the train NOW.

You're missing out big time if you dont, I'll tell ya that much.

I still remember my mother taunting me about my pronounciation of the word "online".

As in "awwww-nline", truly Southern style! Hehe.

Hey, Mom.

I still remember standing next to a black dude at the age of 17 (our R.A.) - and I was speaking ENGLISH.

He couldn't understand a word of what I Said.

Sometimes, the inner chameleon emerges - actually, it's always there. shortly thereafter, they started calling me a redneck. Hehe. Such as it is!

Anyway - that bit aside.

I've always loved online. Doing things online. I've always ... ah, I digress yet again.

this morning, on a call with my friend Ricky - he said this.

"Oh, so you've written Fast and Furious Fitness" .

At first, I didnt get it.

I mean, I got the name of the book, but I wasn't aware he was interested enough to Google me. Hehe.

Which he did, but he was doing it on the dumbphone, therefore the long list of books I've written (under Rahul Mookerjee) wasn't showing, it was just showing up in chronological order in the Google search results, being this book was written in 2010, well... (or was it 11? Hehe).

Anyway - that got me thinking. Lots of trips down memory lane, including plenty in China. Some savory, some not, the whole shebang as it were.

We'll get into that later.

But another reaosn I love having everything online?

Another reason that when I FIRST Started in this biz, with nary a single sale to my name, I flouted "commonly dispensed" advice about "you need to have paperbacks on the site too!" - and never had 'em.

Dont get me wrong, they're damn important, but online is what I had when I started, and it still makes up the vast majority of sales (although there's a lot you guys out there like me that love paperbacks and hardcovers too!).

More than this gut decision (all of mine tend to be that) - what really validates it, and if you look at what is going on in the world NOW (and really, all this was coming - I saw it coming for years, as I keep saying in my emails) - online survives.

If a physical store is burned down to the ground, sure, you can and do rebuild it.

But online is better in that somewhere, someplace, on some server, it will be there, you just gotta get it back up again - and truth be told, with what Amazon etc are quietly doing, but NOT making public - data is all going to be floating in space eventually, and that day might come sooner than people think/believe it to be true.

As I told my buddy this morning, who was talking about Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter etc.

(more accurately, Musk buying up a ton of shares, then Twitter putting more out there to avoid "rogue takeovers" if I've got it right)

"I dont like Musk, Zuckerberg or any of them".

I like one person, I told him.

He couldn't guess which.

So I told him.

Jeff Bezos, my friend, is the REAL businessman, and anyone with a brain looking at how Amazon has been structured all those years ago - will understand this fact.

Anyway, data floating around in space means it can't be easily destroyed, if it is, well, space is plenty big for everyone - for now at least. Hehe.

But really, waking up in the morning, sitting down to a cup of green tea, seeing sales made as the world "goes about" - nothing better than that.

So thats another reason.

As if I need any more. Hehe.

Anyway .....................

Remember, the best damn fitness system out there is waiting for YOU, my friend.

You just need to make the digital leap from "on the fence" to doer - for those of you still on the fence - get to it NOW

And the rest of you, well, we have plenty to choose from here

Have at!

Best,

Rahul Mookerjee

At least not with those of us that have some, you know, BRAINS (which are admittedly very rare these days).

Received the following in my inbox today -

Greetings,

Is it possible for me to submit an article for your website on the following topic: Should You Buy a Starter Home Before Buying Your Dream Home?

In many places, home prices are high, but interest rates are still low. Many first-time homebuyers are left thinking if they should buy a more affordable home now and improve later, or if they should go ahead and invest in their permanent home, knowing they'll be there for many years to come.

To assist your site readers in making the best selection for their finances and life situations, I will discuss some of the advantages and disadvantages of these options in my post.

Is this an appropriate topic for your website?

All the best,

Suzie Wilson

s_wilson "at" bozo dot com.

(I wonder if I should buy the bozo.com domain, hehe). Just checked - it's taken!

Now, I've made my feelings clear on this tripe before - people "bulk spamming" their emails out - basically doing what an old I.T. company I once worked at did i.e. throw shit against the wall, see what/if sticks.

They claimed to have success with this as well ...

(it was THIS company).

But that was a different time and there were still some people buying into the snake oil of SEO or whatever these guys were promoting (I believe it was data entry services etc as well) - didn't quite work for web development (which as you can tell from the book above was what yours truly did for them resoundingly well in terms of sales) because those guys tended to be the one with brains (and more money as well, hehe).

Plus, this idiotic question "is it appropriate".

Ugh.

Sometimes I think I should start a "how to find housing for seniors" website.

Im sure I'd be an instant hit judging by the number of fools that want me to promote  this crap on what is clearly a FITNESS WEBSITE!

Nah.

I'll stick to fitness for seniors, juniors, real men, real Bozos, trannies, Glyn Schofields and so on and so forth.

Without a one size fits all approach.

You know, this applies to fitness too.

People do the same thing in terms of fitness.

One day theyll try this, the next day that, the third day something else, the fourth day they dont get results, the fifth day they're "tired and depressed", the sixth day some wacko on social media "charges them up and they're ready to go again", and then they crash again on the 7th.

Thats what happens when you "throw shit against the wall and see if it sticks", end of the day shit - or spam - or rubbish - is just that, crap.

Same thing Miss Wong- or Wilson - or whatever the fuck her name is is doing, she's essentially prostituting her services (w.r.t home buying or what not) online. I wouldnt be surprised if she's spamming photos of herself too on whichever site it is she is promoting, I did not do her the courtesy of a click through.

What the vast majority of people do "hope someone will notice me!".

They never will with that mentality.

Or, they may notice shit ...

And back to fitness, if someone tries what I said above, doesnt stick to any one proven routine, doesnt stick to following advice from someone whose been in the trenches, been there, done that - a real visionary as opposed to some moronic astro- "shastro" - influencer on social shedia raking in the big bucks "here today, gone tomorrow", then your fitness results will be shit too.

It ain't about throwing a routine against the wall and seeing if it sticks.

It's about giving it a good solid go.

It's about persisting with it.

It's about WORKING at it.

It's about workign through the tough days, the boring days, the days you wanna just pull you fucking hair out ...

And if you dont have those days, you ain't "real" (you wouldn't believe how many people claim "oh, all is always hunky dory" on social shedia and so forth).

Had an idiot pester me for free English lessons the other day - and I ranted on social media about it.

A certain gentleman who once called my exercises "faggotty yoga" wrote back saying "teach Fucking English? That sounds like fun! Normal English, forget that trash!".

Sometimes, the desperation shines through doesn't it.

And I'm out.

Be sure and pick up the time tested, RESULTS producing 0 Excuses Fitness System NOW.

No it ain't cheap, it never will be, and its for the DOERS. And it's worth every goddamn penny you pay for it, and then some.

Ive always thought plan B's, C's and the rest are overrated - in many ways.

Dont get me wrong, I'm not underestimating the value of plans.

But plans, when communicated via the subconscious are often different - and ALWAYS more meaningful and results producing in the long term than plans thought out "logically".

Even during my darkest, deepest moments of "being in the hole - or trough - or valleys" - whatever you call it, if you asked me?

I NEVER had a plan B.

From when my Uncle (one of them, curiously enough not the one who earned a lot more) - asked me about plan B's and C's in the year ... 2001, I think?

I never had one.

I never have one.

It's something that has perplexed, VEXED, agitated, irritated beyond belief people around me - yet, I refuse to change.

Because to me, it's always been about this - or nothing.

Double or nothing - or more.

It's been about what Napoleon Hill wrote about in Think and Grow Rich i.e. to succeed, you MUST burn all bridges behind you, period.

You must not leave yourself with any chance of doing something else.

You either win, or perish.

And no, for those thinking, it don't mean I fly by the seat of my pants, although it might seem that way many times - the two are different.

I was watching an interview with ole Arnie the other day, I love the guy. Hehe.

Given his background, coming from Austria, a young boy that wanted nothing more than to go to America - hell, I understand, and empthasize!

I used to be the same, I still am, I love America!

But anyway ...

Arnie was talking about the value of NOT having plan B - and I agree.

Basically, he said the same thing as I keep saying ...

If you have plan B, you're telling your mind there is a "fallback option" - an easy way out.

Arnie put it as "you're taking energy and intentions away from plan A".

Which is so true.

To succeed at anything, friend, you must not just fail multiple times and rebuild from scratch, but you do so via the subconscious mind and with the knowledge you either win - or perish.

It's that simple, no middle ground!

You PERSIST.

You struggle.

You do what you have to.

As Arnie said, people perform best without a safety net. And again, him being from Austria, he knows a thing or two about this.

Now, does this means fitness wise you choose ONE way - and dont try others?

Not at all.

What I am saying - and what Arnie is saying - and what anyone with half a brain will say - keep your goal in mind - but if you have to take multiple winding routes to get there, by all means do so.

Your GOAL should never change is the point, provided it's a goal you deeply care about and really WANT with every fiber of your being.

You'll find if this is the case, eventually, with persistence, miracles happen down the road - no matter where you're at now.

Even fitness wise.

And again, Rahul Mookerjee should know.

From 120 kgs and someone "you! You can never do anyting in life!" that has been told the quoted part all his life, and still is, hehe...

To someone that has done more in his own life by the age of 41 than most will do in three lives - or more - and someone that lives by the "Im just getting started" philosophy. Hehe.

That, my friends, is the message for the day - take it or leave it.

I'm out.

Back soon!

Max impact - Min effort.

This might sound contradictory, especially with all I've said about putting in the hard yards, and believe me, all of that is true.

But I was thinking about this as I was listening to a Ben Settle youtube video, and he mentioned something about martial arts (which of course you guys know I've been into at a young age - I still practice my kicks and stuff!) being similar to business in that you ideally want to get to the point where you do LESS - and MAKE MORE.

Now this is something of course I've spoken about for years

And it's true.

When you see those "small" martial artists generate more force with their punches and kicks than you'd ever think possible for someone their size (I wouldn't think that way - steel and whalebone is immensely STRONG!) - you might wonder where all the "strength" is coming from.

The right term to use there is energy - and DIRECTING that energy - and "flow".

All concepts I talk about all the time.

Generating force though the energy in your own body - properly harnessed and directed - is an art that can literally take years upon years to just get to "basic level" at - let alone any sort of mastey.

Same thing with business, writing emails, and so forth.

But to get to the point where you can bang out one email and have it make a ton of money - and repeat that daily - and work for like "one email a day" (however long that takes) - now you have to put in the hard yards to GET to that level.

That said, once you get to that level - and everyone should aspire to get there if you're into business - you do less - make more.

And more.

Thats like a slap to the face to those people who believe everything should be all about "grinding through the dust on your elbows through broken glass" to cash that check or whatever.

But it's true.

Think about all the rich people you see - they dont work harder. They work SMARTER.

Their money works for them.

They did, of course, put in the hard yards and go through many a heartbreak to GET to where they are (lots wont talk about it).

I talk about some of it on the Gumption Galore sales page, truth be told, that doesn't even start to scratch the surface of it - but for most people, that alone is way too much to handle (for those that have been there, done it, they will nod and say "amen" - and add on their own stories too).

Its about working to get to a point where you are positioned so you deliver "max blow" with "min "work"".

Now, fitness wise how does this apply?

Well, it's what I keep telling people all along.

If your time is limited, indeed, even if its not, if you're starting out - hell, even if you're experienced - nothing ever beats focusing on the BASICS.

That, for fitness is squats - and pushups - and pull-ups (those that can do 'em).

These truly, along with bridging are the big dog(s) of the fitness world.

Especially LEG work.

I can think of nothing that gets you more out of breath than squats - or climbing stairs and steep hills for one.

Or, running sprints.

Want bigger biceps? SQUAT!

Want a huge chest? Squat!

And so forth.

Same thing for handstand pushups, another "max bang" for your buck exercise.

If you want to fry the upper body within a few minutes flat, and get a workout that most of your contemporaries couldn't get in the gym for an hour - if they can even do it?

What I mention in Battletank Shoulders is the ticket.

None of this takes away the need for hard work.

ANd learning your trade.

And the exercises I teach you.

But train SMART should be the mantra, not necessarily "grind more". (except when it's required).

And those my friend(s) are my thoughts for now.

Back soon!
