They say it takes people 21 days o something to successfully "form" a new habit to the point it becomes routine. I've always found that to be rather gay and idiotic. For the weak. 

For me, I could have a habit - say smoking - which I've done for years, then one fine day I QUIT. Cold Turkey. No garbage headaches, no nothing. Just quit, just do it. 

Same thing for drinking. Of course, when the "dry spell" is broken - even unplanned, I down a bottle of whisky NEAT like the gunslingers of yore to "ooohs and ahs" around me - true story a week or so ago, next day, full blast, same routine, no drinking .. In other words, I don't need to ease back into that. I restarted smoking in 2023 (Sep, I think). My first thought was "golly when I first started, it "burned" my throat" (I was so yellow I once smoked - CALLOW, actually I should say lol - I'm STILL yellow as they call me in China - the WRONG end of a cigarette, lol. Talk about a complete and utter lack of masculinity around me growing up but I've spoken about that before. I grew up in a family where wives would tell husbands to stop smoking and they'd brag about that to their colleagues who laughed at them, hey no accounting for taste eh. I mean how STUPID (real life stupid, not textbook stupid) can folks get. But whatever. Yeah, whatever the FUCK ever).  When I restarted ? Like I never stopped. No habit garbage... 

How gay do you have to be to brag about your wife controlling you in every regard while you're a human ATM? But that's the vast majority of so called "men" - I call them males, not men - out there today. Like I and other women call women FEMALES. Some hate it, but women call each other bitches, females, I see no reason why men shouldnt'. Same with racism, if blacks call each other nigger, then I can call them niggers too, lol. Most people are ADDICTED to habit. Which is why they cannot break out of it, they need to go easy, all that garbage, but I'm here to tell ya - its either this or that. Like with everything I teach you, no in between. I mean Jesus, I had this habit of writing on the other site for the most part. And now? The LONG ones are all here - although there's a reason. Some of my LONGEST most perfectly written posts were one finger tapped out on the dumb phone "just to challenge myself without a computer" (but of course everything I bought in that regard except Apple was GAY - I've explained that before too). 

Most people are LAZY too. They'll gladly change the "easy" habits to become lazier in most cases,s but wont do the reverse. 

Women are a classic example of this, friend. 

If a woman is truly into you she will mirror your language, body language, foot positioning, everything to a T and she will AUTOMATICALLY if she is truly into you, pick up ALL your habits. I cannot for the life of comprehend the "my wife told me to vote blue" garbage (or whatever she said - women should not be voting anyway - even the philosophers said that and they're right - they were meant to be  led, and are happiest that way, not "leading" or making decisions which as I've told you before with the right man NONE of them want to decide, money or not!) .... She will automatically, even an ex of  mine picked up on the Trump support though she's otherwise feminist in all regards! 

Of course this same ex wife is lazy as fuck, will postpone anything remotely like "housework" - especially dishes (women hate doing that the most for whatever reason - good I never got the dishwasher repaired, lol - serves her RIGHT - get those hands dirty!) ... and when her own mother and brother tell her to buckle up, she yells at them saying "its a bad habit, once I sit down, I sit down". 

Yeah. She's always sitting. CHANGE the habit, Miss Iron Pants, or "wanna be Iron Pants". If you've got such steel, should be a piece of cake, no? 

Apparently not. 

The easy habits - like showering twice a day - she picked those up. India for whatever reason showers ONLY in the morning - and the grime, sweat, all of it at the end of the day, they just go to bed with it. 

Unless they're taught different as with the ex ... 

But thats a habit too. Middle East does it in the afternoons, which I guess in the desert heat makes sense - the nights in the desert tend to get COLD. So that's their tradition. India - doesn't make any sense though ... 

China I've always found to be the most practical (no idea how the Russians do it, hehe. SNOW?) ... bathe at the END of the day. Even when they turn the water off once a year during the daytime - power too - its always back on post 6pm. Practical, you wash off the day's grime and sweat before going to bed. Carol was particularly fastidious about it "if you no shower at night no sleep with me". 

Given I came in her mouth at 2AM the sleeping with her was rather redundant, the beads of cum hanging off her lovely hair "post shower". "Oh, yours..."

I'm here to tell you you don't need no 21 days or some garbage. Changing habits is a simple matter of "if you truly want it, you'll find a way to get it or do it". Picture a starving man someplace. He might have enough for "one sandwich a day" and he might conserve that till a certain time of the day whenever that might be. Give him a feast daily (note I said give - not earn - give a man a fish, he eats for a day, TEACH him how to, he eats for a lifetime as it were - most are too lazy to learn or work or even learn it themselves in the trenches)  ... watch how QUICKLY that old habit disappears. 

Its a simple matter of will power, and "want". And removing emotion from the picture. Most fail miserably. 

Just do it. Its bloody easy if you think about it ... most wont. They'll say "oh, that's too difficult, I cant do it". 

What the hell is cant as old Mickey would say, hehe. THERE IS NO CAN'T!

If you DECIDE YOU can't, you're a weakling and pansy with NO hope for the future. Anyone that goes to "deaddiction centers" (alcoholism, drugs, whatever the hell it is) fits SQUARE in this category. HOPELESS, utterly so. Fitness wise, anyone that wont do tough long bodyweight workouts (while being a fat hypocrite and writing about conditioning when the guy himself has less than 0 - it shows) and copes by doing "dopamine bands" or butt plugs pushups "because bodyweight is too boring" (aren't you doing bodyweight if you're doing pushups anyway? You just want to make it easier, haha) falls in this category too and their results showe clear as daylight. 

Choose your side wisely. 

Ya'll might have noticed for the past few months I had gone full Monty on videos, then now suddenly its like I never stopped writing and I'm back to like 10 K words a day. Remember me banging out 20 K words a day "on the fly" while working and doing everything else? Yes, they all call me exceptional. But YOU TOO can become that if you stop being a faggot and lazy ass and coping by saying "there's no use, it will never happen, bla bla bla" or as women do (which is fine for them) "ohhhh but it'll never change" (I love it when they bring their problems to me. I'm the only one that FIXES THEM and they get wetter, hehe).

Fitness wise, if you're someone looking to jump straight into my fitness routines, don't "ease" into them or you'll never get out of ease mode. 

You might not be able to do one single pull-up when you start, of course, so you might ask how to do it without easing into - valid point - well, my answer is this - you simply bust your ASS trying. 

Once you try till you truly cant no more (most people stop when their bodies are only 30 percent done) then you do it again the next day. 

To truly join the ranks of the elite, you gotta give it your 100 percent daily. And if you cannot GIVE it that, you TRY TO GIVE IT THAT. Most don't TRY. Most fail simply because they did not TRY hard and importantly, LONG enough. Plus a lot of other factors yes, but if you really drill it down, that is what it IS in any endavor. You simply must force a result. Most are copers, so wont and therefore cant. 

Simply 30 percent will get you ... well, 30 percent. Or less. 

Again. 

Choose thy SIDE wisely. 

You get what you put into it. Workout, fitness, life, girls, I've been the sort of the guy who either does it or doesn't. You either work for a man or you DON'T. I recommend everyone to adopt this path, and women themselves will tell you this. If they work for you in any capacity, and you PAY them, they'll themselves come to you and ask for more work as "slaves" as I call them. 

Their logic is sound for once.

I guess I should start this by saying I just LOVE LIFE! 

Especially this period with the great President Trump at the helm of everything. Folks talk a lot of tosh about him becoming an Emperor and how horrible it is, yada, nada, schnada. From one (yours truly) that people openly call that in whatever language, I just laugh. That is exactly what is required, Trump is doing the right thing. Look at Russia and China. How did they get so successful? Not by garbage democracy which doesnt really work ultimately. Ultimately a benevolent Emperor like yours truly is what works in every regard. Last night I'm out there, idiots all around me feeling cold.

Memories. 

I will always remember a lovely daughter of mine literally jumping up and down with joy over the new A/C - she couldn't wait for it to  be installed. Papa, Papa, she went. It was so cute.
