This again probably needs to be categorized as both masculinity and fitness, but if you are truly fit, not "fat boy larp about different body type, big but not fat, different body type" and other garbage, it applies to BOTH equally. I don't care and I have said this before and I'm 100 percent right, correct. If you aren't fit with that X shape, cant do high rep squats, pull-ups, pushups, a lot of stretching etc, all done in perfect form - then you're not a real man. Simple as that. Fitness comes first, all else follows.

Parents and so called friends are often the very worst to talk to in any regard. I've always liked the Sikh religion in India despite converting to Christainity last year. I still don't know why I chose that religion - well, I do. Logically at least I do, but I wont explain here. (after being agnostic all my life maybe a combo of atheist and agnostic).
