This is something I've written about so often,  my friend, yet people refuse to get it, even more so these days. 

The slightest hint of trouble, they piss, moan, whine , complain ... all of it. Anything but actually just saying "lets get back to work". 

Ultimately I've said it before so many times, I'll say it again. Be fluid, like water, like Bruce Lee, also - in addition - BE just as unforgiving as the waves of the ocean or even a drop of water falling on your head in that famous Chinese water torture we all know about. Trust me, those drops over months can drive people literally insane if done right. 

Not many know it, but Bruce Lee was probably the most lunar of people that we all know of (the famous ones that is). There are people more lunar yes, but he's a classic example of achievement while in lunar mode. People think physical fighting is all solar. No. It is not. 

Water will eventually grind down the toughest of rocks. Persistence is to man's character what carbon is to steel - Napoleon Hill in Think and Grow Rich and as he rightly said, this is a quality that cannot  be replaced by any other. 

You can be the most talented, biggest, strongest, sexiest, all of that, intelligent even, but without faith and sheer persistence backed by that FAITH - nothing happens. 

Words are cheap. Its easy to talk ; even easier to read, but very few know what it means to LOSE IT ALL and  yet keep going. It's the most liberating feeling ever. Like I keep saying, success isn't a one stop thing. You have to keep climbing that hill or some one else will take your place, or you climb it more times! It's a fickle bird and will take WINGS AND FLY AWAY INSTANTLY IF YOU LET IT! 

Anyway. Its easy to read all this. Most will, then they'll do nothing. Like people tell me about "I wish I had a business". I'm like, ok, start one. Then they respond with "normally I'm just a slave at my company". 

And y'all whine about my usage of the word SLAVE when here we have highly paid tech guys saying it to me. Haha. 

I get it, I got tired of being a code monkey a long time ago, actually I was never really that from the get go, I was always a more overall management guy. Of course I was told a bunch  of outright lies at home about management etc, never given the real deal so I learned it myself, but whatever, we've been over that story. Like why the hell would you be a VP or whatever he was, and have a boss, yet not tell your son until  he was 35 or so that he wasn't the "real boss" as he kept saying he was, but that there was actually one above him? And that was only told to me "because they had to"  - long story - my house is like that (I mean the one growing up). Complete chaos, DYSFUNCTION central, and ever since my ex allied with them, she's gone completly batshit insane too as you know. Anyway - this isn't about that - just a random thought there I've spoken about before. 

I was always told actually that I "knew zero" and even when I knew more than others, I was told to learn from those that knew less than me, makes no sense. But anyway, as you know, the overriding theme of that household was to make the men slaves, and brutal mental and sometimes physical - unwarranted - torture for those that refused to be. I was once threatened "we'll make you work as a mechanic all day!" - in grade eight - why? Because I didn't wear jeans or some garbage, or grades weren't up, or some BS - and this by a guy who doesn't know how to change a car tyre himself, talk about self projection. I could name several others we all know of that don't, lol. 

Anyway ............(one reason there was social ostracism, that work was looked down upon and still is big time, like women working as housemaids etc). 

Don't get me started huh. 

Back to it - the Rocky series was a great example of what I'm talking about. 

Guy started off as a nobody. Years of persistence got him a shot with Creed. He barely made it to round 14, but DIDNT GIVE UP. 

Most men give up, as Napoleon Hill rightly wrote about at the first sign, 1 or 2 years of failure, no results, they GIVE UP. Most barely even reach the stage spoken about above. 

And then in Rocky we see he never gave up - kept coming back, right? Like Creed's trainer told him "you don't defeat a man like that". 

Ultimately you have to force a result out of life. 

Whatever you want, whichever way you choose to, but the result matters, pal. 

So he was standing. He lost, but he won. 

And the last Rocky movie series, poetically and prosaically, I don't know how or why I'm using both words at the same time but that's what it is - same. 

So he "bowed out" unbeaten, exactly the way he came onto the scene. 

SO he never ultimately lost. 

In the modern world, the best and most recent example is the recent Tate - De Moor match. No, I did not watch it, in my current mode I'm not watching ANYTHING, not even Donald Trump speaking, haha. I don't know why, just the way it is for now. 

You know - all throughout I had the feeling Tate was trying to create his own Rocky. 

His "loss" - wasn't really a loss in my book. I mean he went the distance, bottom line - and for a dude that is, by choice, stacking the odds against him - opponent bigger, heavier, active fighter, younger, all of that, hungrier too perhaps - - while Tate with his money and success (that he fully deserves by the way - we all Google him now and see his cars etc, but no-one remembers the DECADE where he put out video after video, the times they literally ate leftover KFC chicken because they couldn't afford anything to eat even - literally like 10 or 30 people watched them for that time, then he really blew up during Covid etc, and now here we are. He didn't give up - classic example again) - mucho respect anyway. 

He still trains and most importantly, WORKS like a madman daily - despite his obvious amount of wealth, he doesn't sit around wasting time talking to girls, which is precisely what that is, a WASTE OF VALUABLE RESOURCE, the most valuable ever, your own TIME. And thoughts. 

Who eventually wins? 

Dr Hannibal Lecter, M.D. Cut it any which way you like,  losers and larpers, but you gotta have a singular obsession in mind to ultimately WIN. And more importantly, keep winning, not make the same mistake everyone else does after winning big once - get fat and lazy and outta shape. And yes, like I've said, I've committed that mistake myself, and I've learned very harsh lessons along the way as you know, and I'm super GRATEFUL, yes, GRATEFUL x 10 for it all. 

Decide for yourself if you do. 

Here I am, training like a madman while smoking like a madman x 10 "chimney' as idiots tell me, yet, I'm not the one coughing up a storm as everyone outside is. OH ITS SO POLLUTED! Even for young people. They can barely breathe, I'm hitting PR's in every workout - CARDIO WISE!!!! With all my habits y'all troll so much. Cope. 

Exactly the same as the Rocky movie, which is my point - I thought that is what Tate wanted when he was doing it. 

"Lets see if I still got it". 

Classic! 

And obviously he does, win or loss ultimately matters not. 

The other thing I wanted to say - something I've been saying a very long time. Remember the old school "Dongguan Expat" days where you'd go hard at people and then sit down with them, have a beer at the end of the day, and then go harder the next day, lol? 

But you kept shit on the field, not the modern day garbage. 

There was so much shit talking on De Moor's part before the fight, but after it? 

Complete reversal - after the win. Maybe he wants to keep his job, hehe - that's part of it, but hey, you can tell - what happens is two men get together and either fight it out, drink it out, DUKE it out, whatever it is - and then you get back to normalcy. Its women that carry grudges forever and never talk openly with each other. Cuckolds too. 

Credit was given to the winner openly - "0 Excuses" - indeed that is what they said, no excuses. As it should be, and there might be more layers to all this than is evident, but I doubt it, the vibes don't lie - anyway - De Moor from what I read was literally in tears after winning. Classic "elder - younger", or mentor - mentee vibes there, it was beautiful to watch, that part of it. Thank you, guys! 

Not many have noticed it, but I did - Andrew was in complete lunar - well, getting into it - shedding the solar (but not losing it) mode during the camp, training, all of it. 

Watch him speak before all this, watch him speak when I'm talking about, and you'll get what I mean if you are wise to vibes, and you really should and must be, its all that matters. 

The world, like I said is going lunar.

For the life of me - my great life, it always has been - I cannot see how the vast majority of the world doesn't get INSPIRED by Andrew Tate as opposed to whine about those two. 

Of course, that's why the vast majority of the world are fat losers. Plus he does like me, a fine fine job of consciously generating hate. He loves it,  like I do. Truly a brother from another mother as I've said before and there are very practical reasons for doing this, explained here before. 

A classic case of this is supporting either your wife or mother. 

You cannot support, or even not overtly support either fully - without generating nothing but hate on the other site. The classic wife vs mother in law thing and most cucks put up with both. I never have. Only the WISE will understand this one - truly. In fact it applies even to supporting one women over the other. Only women can really do that to each other. Hahaha. 

Even the Bodyweight Exercise GURU yours truly got inspired to READD in jumping rope to my already very extreme DAILY routine as of late, after I saw him doing one legged rope jumps recently. For his upcoming fight. 

With all his pre existing injuries its a wonder he can even do them. I remember him running on broken ankles, me too - bleeding chin - remember? I just got it DONE! - while training when he didn't have a penny to his name. Truly ZERO EXCUSES. 

Kick boxing for what it's worth is far tougher than boxing in many ways. Full body and your legs and ankles take a huge pounding, especially the blocks etc as you saw in Bloodsport. 

His great coach was like, your opponent doesn't care your ankle is broken. 

that's all he said. And Andrew got it. REAL MAN! 

Anyway I wasn't going to say this though I thought of saying it a coupla days ago when I jumped, no pun - STRAIGHT back into it and did them like I never stopped haha. Maybe I should have like I do everything else, right then!! But sometimes there is a perfect time and PLACE. 

Guy does this perfectly even now without doing fight training that intensely for years though he still does it daily. Brother still does perfect pushups, getting LEANER by the day too. 

Ultimately, that's all that counts. CAN YOU DO IT? 

Answer for most - hell no. So they "hate". .  .

After hard work, indeed, it is just as important - loyalty is a trait I look for most in men. Remember this email applies to men, not women, those are cold blooded pyschos by default interested in one thing and one thing alone - their own selfish purposes and security above all else, they will gladly sacrifice and abandon all else with no emotion, no loyalty, logic even at the ultimately rank useless and self defeatist altar of feminist garbage they themselves hate (they all CRAVE submitting to the right man - indeed I tell my own women to leave the thinking to me and they oblige happily with a HUGE SMILE) ... they are literally the most selfish beings on the planet, creatures that will abandon their own progeny and ruin them for their own selfish purposes, you can explain loyalty to them all day  long, they wont get it despite nodding their heads up and down. 

Most men though - not really "men" - males as I call them since they are so pathetic - are found sadly lacking in this sphere as well. 

"We know one thing about you, Rahul" my buddy from the Marines famously said. "You're loyal to your FRIENDS!". 

So I am - so long as they don't fuck me over FIRST. Most have, and they've felt my reprisal big time. Most wish they hadn't come close to me after that. Hell truly hath no fury like Mercurial Mookerjee not scorned - impossible to do that as I don't give 2 fucks about emotion - but WRONGED, I do care a HeLL OF A LOT ABOUT THAT! 

I am loyal to everyone actually - friends, customers, providers, business partners, all of it .Big, small, rich, poor, matters not. it ain't about that, pally. The reverse applies to, if they wrong me - I am vicious in my reprisals, no quarters given and I make them regret the day they were born in some cases. Remember the case of a certain English 'cow"? He dared to fuck with me - he took my being nice for weakness, the kindness for "being a pushover", and he was so brutally punished he's barely "living" today (I don't mean physcially, I mean life wise, overall, he is completely ruined in all regards). I didn't even do it finally, the Universe brought the end to him through his own wrongdoings. All explained on the other site, of course ... but, that is what I will do to people that wrong me in ANY regard. I don't brook no bullshit, no quarters given or taken. I'll be fiercely loyal to you (just like my favorite breed of DOG, the great German Shepherds, or Alsatians as I love to call them since they originate from them mountains, I love those dogs , but fuck me over, and heaven knows there is NO firestorm, no "hell fire and brimstone" capable of matching what I will do to those that wrong me in any way and people know this very well. 

My own customers, the loyal long term ones are this way too - I don't even share a lot of the emails they send me, it isn't about sales purely, its what they say. It shows. Loyal to a fault! That is why I mention them so much here. They deserve it.

I refuse to be. 

Could be fat boy from Idaho who himself admitted as much ie. I did more for him, that worthless PUNK that everyone with a brain except desperate homos like him have long since fired, noone in their right mind wants to be associated with "it", not him - than anyone else did, then he turns around brutally and whines about me simply stating customer facts - which are true - about him. I long since "forgave him" for his stupidity, but the Universe never will. Amazingly enough he continues to try and attack like a piranha or rather a rabid dog I could put down with a flick of my FOREFINGER when in reality this fat bird as he identifies as, most important ACTS as (remember him jumping off a cliff thinking he could fly and then whines about his legs breaking -- stupid or what????) has NO capacity to, its hilarious, but he still tries, like Bozo Schofield did before getting put in the asylum, like SO MANY close to me, supposedly have tried, and failed, and a lot have admitted as much to me. 

I literally HOUND these folks (like the Hound in the Hound of the Baskervilles)  to the point some go batshit insane. Literally. Which they were already to a degree so it's easy. I've got all the time and resources in the world to do it.

Don't believe me? Ask fat boy. Ask anyone that's done or. Or try it seriously yourself - not just juvenile trolling, but seriously and you'll find out for yourself in due course and TIME. 

It's hilarious, really. Women try and come to their aid when they recognise a killer like me after these idiots. "leave Ben alone, you scoundrel", she giggles and so do I. She's mine. Tee hee. Poor fat boy ain't got a clue. It's pathetic too, that utter lack of manliness laid bare by none other than a woman , so much so he doesn't get it, so busy is he being a pathetic white cucked "knight". 

What most of these idiots have expected me to do is follow their narrative in the name of "helping them", unfortunately, that is not how you help people. Tough love is ultimately the only thing that works, for these people even that doesn't work since they refuse to acknowledge FACTS, even those unrelated to ME, staring their fat faces in the MIRROR. And no, simply because the majority of society functions that way doesn't mean they're right. That's why these guys are beggars begging for followers literally, they're nothing short of trash and garbage, and deserve every bit of nobodydom they get. They could so easily improve their lot, but since they refuse to, well, so be it. 

The public case of a certain Andrew Tate - wrongly accused of total garbage and then imprisoned for it, put through hell and beyond for no fault of his - no wrong doing, nothing proven at all, not even a conviction! - just relentless attack and SLANDER, baseless slander and his great brother Tristan is a perfect example. 

Tristan was never attacked - he didn't even have to go to jail. 

Not many know, or believe that he CHOSE to. 

No it isn't marketing. There is no benefit to that marketing wise.

Its simple. It isn't even what he said "enjoy the good times and bad times BOTH with your BROTHER". There's a lot of merit to that, but what he meant was this - if they're attacking my brother - then for good or bad, they are attacking US. And I'll suffer with him through it. And we will BOTH come out victorious, enjoy the SPOILS equally later. As it should be. 

Those two are as close as peas in a pod - how many brothers would have done that? Very few if any. Most would have run away leaving the other one to their fate and made sorry ass excuses. Trust me, I should know! 

Truly, as Andrew says, he has the best brother in the whole world. 

That's just one public example. I am sure there are many others. 

Its always BROS before HOS. 

And loyalty cannot be faked or duplicated. 

People that whine about those two brothers like fat freak from Idaho and millions more (the Tates are world famous by now) all want the two brothers seperated. Wont happen. But it's cruel to even think that. It shows how vicious this so called nice lot is. You as a man must show no mercy and be more brutal in your reprisal. It's the only way, friend 

When the chips are down, you need people you can trust and rely fully upon. 

It is far better to have NO friends that friends that will betray you at the slightest hint of trouble brewing. 

Because those ultimately become weak points. 

That's not to say be a lone wolf, but the alternative should be have people you can RELY upon. 

But like I said in the last email, as a man you must EARN that first. Or you simply wont have it. 

Guys like Stallone, Trump ... all guys I admire deeply are loyal to a fault. That's what they say about me, its the way I am - I never forget the OLD guys, those that have been there for me, STUCK with me during the darkest times. Old school is what its about. I'm the dude that literally seeks out guys I met in 2003 and had a good relationship with to work with TODAY. Stallone and Mickey Rourke go back to the times of Rocky - not many know it, but if you analyze Stallone's entire body of work, Trump's body of work, you'll notice a lot of parallels between their work and what I'm saying here. All truly masculine men are deeply loyal (when its warranted) almost to a fault and beyond, and so it should and must be, without that trait you're nigh worthless as a man and individual. 

Just so you know, women will never stick by you when the chips are down. If you think they will you're a fool and have never truly been down yourself. You're likely a rank cuck too at the core of it so you never really tried at anything and are happy talking about thoreau and his saying - true - most men are happy to lead lives of quiet desperation but saying that is worthless if you don't implement changes for the better, the ideal, in your own life, without THAT it's all just talk and hot air. That's why they all say they're envious of me and my lifestyle, nomadic or not because I'm the one that's long since figured out and DO live life on my own terms unlike them. 

Women simply wait for the man that wins and submits to them. Feelings don't come into it. The sooner you accept this reality as a man, the quicker you will progress. That simple. All those years of struggle, they will literally and brutally toss you aside like an used old SOCK. That's why I call them garbage. At least garbage is open about being that. These cunning women aren't. Of course that's the sort I love to enslave, hehe. They love it too. Made for each other, truly a multi harem fueled match made in heaven. Wink.

I have explained this so often before, they are brutally narcissistic and manipulative and dominating by  nature, interested in one thing and one alone, their own security and nothing else, to hell with all else, offsprings welfare included. They don't even realize it. Its the way biology programmed them and its a very simple concept, explained many times before. Search, and yer shall find. 

The video beneath says it better than I ever could - well, not quite - but perfect example. 

I saw it this morning, then lost it. Then my girlfriend Grok found it. Not easy to find, but it did with some help from me (precise queries). 

And on the surface of it, feminists are larping about "how much the father (supposedly) loves his daughter". 

Here's the thing. That is a classic sign she makes, and it means MONEY. Simple. They say it means love, but to women love is money. If it wasn't, all other reasons aside, WHY do women ALWAYS get money upon making that gesture with weak men? 

Why do they pay for me with money their husbands earned, after having given them everything and then make them drive them to my place when I'm not even thinking of them half drunk? 

So many other examples I've given in the past about why "nice" gets fucked up the ASS.  Simple as that. In any sphere. Women simply are a perfect example of it. 

If it wasn't money, why would he ask - and then she have her palm outstretched? 

We'll never get answers to that, only angry yells. Father? I've  never seen that gesture done with fathers. Men never do it anyway and if the man did it and Dad offered, he'd think twice about taking it, ask questions etc, the female just doesn't give 2 shits. She just TAKES. Sex, money, women will literally ruin a man if they let them and so many  of them do and you can see proof all around you. Not that men would get money even if they made that gesture all day. Love my hairy fucking balls. Kiss 'em! 

Simple, pal. No such thing as love, and women know this very well. All conditional. You could give her the world, the minute you stop providing she will forget everything you dd for her in a jiffy. 

I've seen this SO OFTEN, and not just the cases I mention - here is another. 

My own lovely ex wife once went to my father and simply asked him for money. Tiny amount - I'm still not sure WHAT she'd do with that. 

She didn't know it herself, but she was testing, probing, as expected ,he FAILED. He opened his wallet, handed it over. 

Later she told me "I was scared when doing it". 

She got away with it though. 

And we all know how that ended up ultimately - I've explained it before. And he has only himself to blame for it, but he doesn't care. Apparently for him giving money out freely with no rights involved is "the right thing to do". 

Typical white knight mentality, attacking the real men indirectly. 

"I'll pay more than him!" 

Well, pay away. Hehe. Like Venus's and Sophia's husband, like Carol giving me her car - Ashley, all those examples. 

I'll happily take it , being the PREDATOR I am. 

Women are that by default, like I said men can learn a lot from how women operate and get away with sheer brutal arrogance in broad daylight, so to speak. 

There is a reason my ex and mother don't talk. She sees through her expertly. Exact same thoughts I have. And the ex was whining about her indirectly complaining about her indecent way of dressing in front of my father for a reason. Me personally I didn't even notice it, I wasnt there, but apparently she was prancing around in shorts in front of him, not that HE is at fault there, but she should know better. There is something called decorum, no? This from a SO CALLED traditional woman. She never did it after that though! 

There is a very practical reason - nah, not "mothers love" - believe me, hehe - that we DID start talking after decades. First thing she told me about the ex - she LIES all the time, and I NEVER liked her. 

Valid points, both. 

There is a reason no-one else in the entire family, aunt aside occasionally wants to talk to me. I'm happy with that, and do not either. They're all CUCKED MALES. Simple as that. So they say there is no point talking to me without even listening to what I have to say. Suit yourself, pally. I'll take your women too. Hehe. And I have, actually, a certain cousin comes to mind but we wont go there FOR NOW. But that's in the PLANS. That revenge will be served very brutally as well when it IS. And it WILL BE! Picasso my rear end. 

Despite praising him "in front of others". behind the scenes she talks even worse about him, and he has no fucking clue. She openly brags about how "he's controlled to the T by his wife" and uses nasty terms like "wo chutiya" (that dumb fuck) about him to her friends and her own mother. There is a reason her own father and brother do NOT talk to her. 

Dont believe me? Ask her yourself, she will tell you all this herself and brag about her so called power. If you really want to call her out, ask her to - all things considered, she has EVERYONE on her side, I no-one - make me submit. She cant despite every INNATE, highly unfair advantage in the BOOK, legal, societal and otherwise. Simple. 

Still don't believe me? There are plenty  of cases, your favorite cucked mainstream media will tell you themselves about women literally seducing their father in laws while complaining about their husbands being SO CALLED paedos or some garbage, their servants, all of it. We hear of the few men that do it, but in actuality men help under priviledged women - its women that take brutal advantage of WEAKNESS. And YOU as a man can and should and simply must learn a lot from it. 

That is why she ALWAYS praises my father to the high heavens and beyond, and talks about my mother in the nastiest terms possible, and frames it as domestic abuse on the part of me and her (we didn't even talk for decades!!!?) to idiots - whoever is stupid enough to listen to her that is. And there are plenty. Because he jumps to her tune without even thinking about it, and neither Mom nor I ever have. 

When a woman truly wants something, she will stop at nothing to get it. Only real men can stop her and douse that fire instantly into submission without even saying a word. 

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, except ... 

... it can be doused and bettered by Dr Mookerjee, Dr Lecter, and all the rest since a man who understands how women operate, women feel that instinctively and just auto submit, they cannot help it.

Other than the minority though, males, not men, males in general truly live on CRUMBS THROWN TO THEM and validation from narcissistic useless females. They know they can get away with anything, literally "bloody murder" with these men and get paid for it. Like my ex, she could go to my father tomorrow and does, actually - and blame me for the "unexpected" rain and he agrees. Mom and the female members of the family would not. That's how loony society is in general, by the way, it ain't just him or her either. They are just micro examples of the sheer and utter LUNACY.

Women know this and take full advantage, and I laugh at it all. Hey, if you guys are that pathetic, I'd take advantage too. Venus again, etc etc. Why not? That's how the world operates, weakness gets EATEN. Law of the Jungle. Whch it IS out there.  

And that's that. 

Decide where on the spectrum you fall. Choose wisely, given all I've said.

How else do you measure greatness? Certainly not by liberal niceness which leads to catastrophe at any level. 

Any level. 

Great men learn this the hard way. There is only way to learn lessons permanently, through experience in the trenches, and the hard way. 

One example - being nice to losers mean they will take more advantage of you or try to - and will backstab you instantly because of their innate jealousy towards you and what you do, your success, what you have that they  never will come close to having because they wont take the action (too lazy) to get it themselves, instead wanting it for "free". Books, slaves, maids, all of it. 

Second - my own prior family. For years I was too nice to the ex, and what happened? She bailed, taking a daughter with her, the minute she got a chance. And I wasn't even "nice" compared to most men out there that are totally cucked and gay and paying for shit over which they have zero rights. In my case she was handed a golden opportunity which of course she ended up eventually blowing - typical again. Responsibility and power must never be handed to the undeserving, and that means women in general. 

Again, you look at the long term results of feminism, and you have your answer right there. Ruined lives, children growing up fucked up  in the head mentally, constantly pinning blame on one person - the man who refuses to cuck while he just progresses on to bigger and better, and laughs at it knowing his final revenge is nigh. 

But really, no-one becomes great, or achieves anything without studying deeply those that did before him - MEN. 

People all have this idea great men are born great with a silver spoon in their mouths. 

The reality might shock you if you actually analyze their lives, its the polar opposite. 

And money isnt the point. They have been brutally attacked like men in general since childhood in some manner and the cream of the crop ultimately rose up and won, the rest lost. Its that simple. Nothing comes free in life. Success carries with it scars, a HUGE HUGE cost. Most will never understand this because they don't even really try. What most refer to as trying is anything BUT. 

I cannot think of one single woman counted as great in history - can you? Exceptions like Joan of Arc aside... 

Men are the ones that build and do. As simple as that. Everything around you boils down to a MAN doing it ultimately if you analyze rationally without emotions involved. 

Plus, you never sit on your ass and claim you're an expert though you  might be (the Bodyweight Exercise Guru yours truly is so far above the rest it ain't even funny, yet even he does not, I'm learning DAILY - any REAL expert would and should or he's not an expert) ... else you'll lose that expert status very quickly. 

Trump analyzes deeply like any rational male would. 

He studies what people did before him. How they did it. 

I've spoken about this before, when faced with some decisions, often times I'm like "What would Trump do? What would Jeff Bezos do? What would Elon do?" 

And so on and so forth. 

Every rational male does this. 

We harness their minds through the ether, they ours. Its all a collective subconscious for WINNERS globally. Ever notice winners write the same thing or say the same thing just as you are about to? 

There is a very good reason behind that most people do not understand, that being thoughts transmuting. 

The vast majority of men spend their entire lives "hating" (though I don't use the term, they love to) and coping. When they see someone that has what they do not, they find reasons to justify their own lack of having it and that manifests as "hate" - or "jealousy" - whatever you call it. When men are jealous, they manifest it as hate. 

They will never however pause to analyze the person, and see what he did and went through to get to where he currently is where he has way more than you ever will. (unless you change). 

Translation - they do not truly want it. They just want it handed it to them, as discussed above, that doesn't work. The Universe only gives you that which you DESERVE. 

Those that truly want it don't hate. They don't idolize - very important - I never have anyone, never will. Men are men just like you. They just took certain actions and hung in there long enough for success to have no choice but to hammer their doors down ultimately since they just wouldnt give up. Its that simple, friend. So men that truly want something but don't have it as yet will look at someone that does, study them deeply, and then do what they did and then they get it too. Again. Blindingly simple, amazing how many so people refuse to get it. 

Success at anything is ultimately measured by OVERALL results. If you're truly fit, your likely a success in your life at a certain level. If you're into fat boy fitness, you're fat and cucked and miserable in your own life and addicted to those that aren't that. That is just how it works, friend. Same thing business wise. 

Losers will NEVER understand why winners obsess over other successful men - it isn't to "simp" - or idolize - and it isn't, as women whine about "all he talks about is Elon Musk". (while not even pronouncing Elon's name correctly herself, minor thing, I get it, accent etc, but still...). 

Guy's the world's richest and along with Bezos, most successful man. Henry Ford is the only other alternative in that bracket in a different time frame, yet people all they whine about with Ford is "he was racist and didn't like Jews". 

Well, neither do I, I've explained why before. But that don't mean they aren't successful. They control the world's money don't they? You must analyze the typical Jew and how they behave money wise to understand how they got there. Money, money, money, is all they talk about "Jews and money", as they rightly say. 

If you looked inside these people's minds, you'd be very shocked to realize these people are thinking "there is no difference between Elon and myself". (as an example). 

If he did it, so can you, friend. If I'm the bodyweight exercise Guru, you can become that too - but I wont let you BEAT me, so  if you do become that, I will analyze YOU too to keep WINNING. 

Napoleon Hill didn't just spend 20 years of his life in vain analyzing successful men of his time before writing the eventual bestseller "Think and Grow Rich". He's written plenty of other great books too, but despite Outwitting the Devil being my personal favorite, this one is the most famous, which is fine. But you should read all his works, same goes for Ralph Waldo Emerson and the great Claude Bristol, still with us in spirit all these MEN. Again. I get nothing from promoting them here. But I'll do so anyway. They DESERVE IT. RESULTS. 

Simple as that, all of the above points. 

You become great by observing greatness, not by doing what the herd tells you to do, because the latter wants to keep you in the bucket of losers with them. 

The former will allow you to climb out if you so deserve it. 

Not studying great men my ass. 

Pretty much ALL my books imbibe the spirit of great men, and very fucking openly at that, I've explained why before. 

I might think someone is a fat fuck with zero knowledge of anything and if they write books on pull-ups without being able to do ONE SINGLE ONE themselves, or larp about how pull-ups arent required, then I'll call them out and so will my loyal customers for being the idiots and hypocrites they are. 

If those same people actually though did something - in the former case, made certain exercises world famous, or famous to a degree at least, then I'll credit them for that and that alone. 

If those same people - latter case have a good degree of base "strength" (not overall fitness but just brute muscle via nature's blessings) then I'll say that too. 

You take what's good from people. 

I talk about Iron Mike in Pushup Central. Goggins on the sales pages of the books on pull-ups, as well as Vince Gironda. Russian strongmen in the books on isometrics. The Great Gama. List goes on and on and on and on. 

And I do so very openly. 

The woman above would probably say what Goggins own family does "he never spends time with us even on Xmas morning because he's out running". 

Yeah, Goggins responded to that very well indeed. 

Far better to run outside than looking at their lazy asses parked on the couch stuffing their gullets. I'd do the same and DO.

Just look at all the retarded allengations against me, apparently I put women in chains, beat them, and all sorts of nonsense including being a paedophile - funnily enough the people who say this are self projecting because FACTS show they are that themselves.

This could well be categorized under fitness, but I chose masculinity. I had. Unlike most fags who would throw a hissy, when called out for what they are, I fixed it. And I cannot stop thanking dude until this day for it, hehe. You need proper feedback! From guys you actually respect, and money ain't got shit to do with it.

So much to DO! You know, when you're focused fully - most don't even get close on simply work and training ,that's all you need to turn into a beast - exercise, training, whatever it is - the two are different.

Third, importantly, those that aren't Bozos and saying this - well, they're cheapskates wanting to learn for free. We all know my thoughts on those sorts and why. 

On one last note, remember the guys that squat heavy in the gym and the feeling of, even I had this when climbing hills "legs bulging" without throwing them out as most do to "show" they are ?

You'll always note a slight back arch which ain't good. 

THAT is yet another reason form is very important. 

Hiking, squats done right etc gives you STRAIGHT legs. 

That do NOT 'curve' to get the thigh bulge going, and its done sleek style - martial arts. 

I do realize most of the wackjobs saying "but that doesn't matter" wont even have noticed it, but that's fine. I'm indeed one hell of an observer, always had been - I had to - or I simply would not have made it. Simple, Jack.

Last, but not least, people have spoken about the "look' - which is fine, that's one main reason people exercise, I mean lets face it, we all want to be the slim sexy X shaped guy like me that gets all the girls, right? Plus many other things but at the core that is what it is and ... 

... look, you do NOT have to be pumped and gay all the time. 

Muscles are best in a relaxed mode except when you're training when they turn into steel and whalebone. 

My skin even is the softest ever. But those muscles do RIPPLE under the skin. They don't stay tense, but they ripple like water. "Be like Water" - Bruce Lee. Simple. Fluid works best in everything, not an excuse to turn gay though haha. In that regard you simply must follow the natural obligations but many TRUE gay guys actually have kids with women, so I cannot fault their sexual preferences alone. Its the retarded pride lot with their damn flags "I'm coming for your KIDS!" that need to met with either my 9.2 incher or 9mm. Probably the latter. They love the former, ugh. (but again I do not blame them. Unique haha - more on the other sites on that one!!!!) 

And other body parts, so they all simp, yet, my core is always tight without trying to make it that. Remember that post on the other site where some clown on the HK china border knocked into me with his elbow, it just bounced off like it was off brick? 

Look at animals, you'll get the picture, especially TIGER. Soft, relaxed, yet that strength! 

SPIRITUAL TOO .Its one of the most spiritual beasts ever, perhaps THE MOST. The EYES!

& that's how it should be, but you simply cannot be fat, no exceptions.
